Touchless feature is unreliable
I paid a premium for this because of the touchless feature. It only works about half the time. I will put my hand near the arch sensor and it just won't respond, so I have to go wave my hand at the bottom sensor. Delta's customer service is useless, demanding a long list of photos of the installation which their system won't accept because of the file size. Even if they sent me a new one, I would have to pay a plumber to install it with no guarantees the new one wouldn't have the same problem. We purchased three Delta Touch2O touchless faucets for our house and all of them have problems.

I love the touchless feature
I love the touchless feature. There is a bit of a leaning curve on using it but once you get used to it, it's hard to live without it. I like being able to switch between spray and full flow with the flip of a switch in the nozzle.
My one big complaint is the battery life is nowhere near what they advertise. The C cells are supposed to last a year but it's more like 3 - 4 months. And when the batteries die, you can not manually use the faucet. You have to replace the batteries to get it to work. There is a connection to use a power adapter but for some reason they did not include it with the faucet. You have to purchase it separately which is annoying.

Horrible function
Love the faucet... but the touch 2.0 technology is horrible. I can't even wash my hands without the water shutting off. Can't wet a washcloth or fill my coffee pot without it shutting off, even if I am not standing next to it
I have tried turning down the sensitivity and that doesn't help
I tried removing the batteries, and the faucet doesn't work at all.
After 8 months of dealing with this, let me tell you it was the worst choice I have ever made remodeling a house

Love the touchless function.
So far so good. A beautiful faucet, the magnet and touch/sense works well. Don't forget the 4" rule, I forgot it and thought it was malfunctioning. If you are close, and inside the arch, it works well. The actual touch feature works 100%. It's much more handy than I thought. It is not motion sensitive. It was $329 less 11% rebate. Comparable "old school" models are near $200.

This faucet stared corroding shortly after we installed it were very disappointed and will need to replace since it’s outside of the one year warranty. It’s a shame a company can only back their products for one year.

It's bad
I don't know why delta feels having the spray part of their faucet would be effective but the spray comes out of 2 separate ends of the faucet and isn't as effective as the spray coming out In a circle. Waste of engineering and this faucet is a waste of money. The display box doesn't even show this accurately. Go with Moen

Does the handle pull forward and sideways only? I don't have much clearance behind the faucet so it can't go backward.
