I have a corwin touch 2.0 with side shield spray from Menards and need a new magnet for pull down spout. Can I purchase this separately?

Model 19856z-sp-dst facet handle is hard to turn on makes a creaking noise. It started leaking water under the sink. I just purchased from menards. Should I just return it for a new one?

Hot water is running slow, what parts do I need to replace it is the faucet that is the problem. Cold water is running fine.

We apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing and we are happy to help! Typically low flow is caused by debris, which can get caught in smaller parts of the faucet. If the hot water is plugged, the faucet may need to be flushed. If the cartridge is also full of debris, it will also need to be replaced. Our 19856Z-SP-DST uses RP73000.

Faucet is only maybe six months old and it’s leaking internally. Had a plumber come out and they said it couldn’t be fixed. How do I go about gettig another one?
