Q&A
Hot water is running slow, what parts do I need to replace it is the faucet that is the problem. Cold water is running fine.

We apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing and we are happy to help! Typically low flow is caused by debris, which can get caught in smaller parts of the faucet. If the hot water is plugged, the faucet may need to be flushed. If the cartridge is also full of debris, it will also need to be replaced. Our 19856Z-SP-DST uses RP73000.

Faucet is only maybe six months old and it’s leaking internally. Had a plumber come out and they said it couldn’t be fixed. How do I go about gettig another one?

What cleaning products are approved for delta champagne bronze sink faucets?
Hi Sarah,
Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19856Z-CZ-DST.
We recommend cleaning with a damp cloth and a soft towel. Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner. Even some citric acid-based cleaners may cause discoloration.
