Good Quality, Great Service
I loved using the Ferguson site to order the faucet. The manufacturer gave me the wrong description of the product and unfortunately, it had to be returned. No problem with Ferguson. Returns are simple and swift. Thank you Ferguson!

Extremely slow water pressure
Water pressure is extremely slow. When I pull down the sprayer is increases just a tiny bit more. I had a plumber take apart the screen/sprayer part and it is still not working. I hope to hear from Delta customer service saying they will replace this (only 5 weeks old) and cover the cost to have it replaced. Thank you

Delta Faucet
Faucet is sturdy and looks great. We’ve only been using it for a few days so can’t speak to how it will hold up long term. The pull down mechanism works as expected and it was easy to install

Great price, great product
This faucet is easy to keep clean and makes washing up a breeze. This particular one is being used for a couple years while the home owners gather funds to do a larger renovation. We chose this one as it is great quality, value and has the Delta lifetime warranty. It will last as long as they need it to and if they upgrade later on it will not be something they are sore over letting go.

Not the best design
We had to remove the weight on the water line, as it actually pinches the hose and also hangs down so low, it hits the drain PVC. A smaller or redesigned weight would be better. Not entirely happy.

So Disappointed
This faucet shows water spots and finger prints terribly! I’m so disappointed in this purchase. Should’ve went with something different.

Q&A
Is this style made of stainless steel?
yes, SS

Does the Delta 19867LF have a design flaw in the sprayer feature? The weight restricts the flow, so I have to pull the sprayer out and put it back in to allow the water to flow as it's supposed to. I can't be doing that mess every time I turn it on!!

for hot water should the handle be pulled down towards the sink or up?
Hi Cindy,
Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19867LF-BL.
Water would get hotter as the handle is pulled down towards the sink. The supply lines can be reversed if preferred.

My Nicoli kitchen faucet was installed yesterday by a prof. plumber. Today when using it for the first time I realized that no hot water is coming out. It gets a bit warm but that's it. Cold is very cold and the pressure is good. Can anyone help? Thx
I am updating my question - So I feel super silly. Had the plumber come out again and he had the handle down and was waiting for hot water. It can take a minute or two in our kitchen. I told him, no - the handle goes up for hot water. He said no it's down and sure enough the hot water came through. He said since I was used to German models/makes thats why the confusion. All my previous faucets were hot turned up, and cold down.
