Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the best design We had to remove the weight on the water line, as it actually pinches the hose and also hangs down so low, it hits the drain PVC. A smaller or redesigned weight would be better. Not entirely happy.

My Delta Faucet Nicoli Kitchen Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer, Single Hole, Stainless Steel 19867LF-SS. The cold water line is blocked. I installed it in my a RV and didn't notice this. How do I clear it or take it apart to replace the mixing cartridge?

Asked by: Critter
Hi Critter, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19867LF-SS. To flush the cold supply line: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the cold water supply line and place it inside a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, carefully turn on the hot-water supply. Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the hot supply line, through the faucet cartridge, and back down the cold water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the cold water line and repeat this process with the hot water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies. Please reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan Digital Communications Specialist

I have the same problem another person posted for the Nicoli faucet. It seems The weight restricts flow, so I have to pull the sprayer out and put it back in to allow the water to flow better. Also I love the all caps responses to all caps questions.

Asked by: Weak stream
Hi Weak stream, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19867LF-CZ. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing with the hose weight. We are happy to help! If the weight on the hose is restricting flow, the position of the weight can be adjusted so it's not pinching the hose. The weight should be on the upward swing of the hose, toward the spray head in order to provide proper pull to the hose. Please reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions! We recently had a new Delta Nicoli 19867LF-SS faucet installed in our kitchen. The water flow is fine when the wand is disengaged from the magnet, but it is very low when attached to the magnet. What could be the problem?

Asked by: fraydna
Hi fraydna, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19867LF-SS. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! I first recommend checking if the hose is becoming bent or kinked under the sink when the wand is docked. Changing the position of the hose weight can help if the hose is kinked. I told him, no - the handle goes up for hot water. He said no it's down and sure enough the hot water came through. He said since I was used to German models/makes thats why the confusion. All my previous faucets were hot turned up, and cold down.

Could this product contain nickel?

Asked by: Li1973
Hi Li1973, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19867LF-SS. The waterway has exposed metal, which may contain nickel. The Brilliance stainless finish has durable layers covering the nickel layer of the finish. A different model with DST diamond seal technology does not have any exposed metal in the waterway. And a Brilliance finish is recommended to durably cover nickel in the finish. For example, model 19846Z-SS-DST. Please reach out with any additional questions!
