Delta: Please help!!
This worked fine for 2 weeks after install. Water pressure is now very weak. I followed the instructions to remove and clean the aerator and screen, still poor flow. Household water pressure is fine. Lowes told me to "this happens a lot with these, buy a different one". This is unacceptable. Delta, Do you have any other detailed troubleshooting instructions? I'm hoping Lowe's is wrong. This was not an inexpensive add to my kitchen

Purchased this faucet 4 weeks ago from Lowe’s. Hired a plumber for professional installation . Yesterday faucet has significantly decreased water pressure. What is causing this???

Which direction do you move the faucet for hot and cold? It gets warm pulled forward and cold when pushed back but never hot.

On the Delta Chalet SS pull down faucet, is the soap dispenser for hand soap or dish soap?

Can it be mounted with a handle on either the left side or the right side?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19871Z-SPSD-DST.
The spout swivels 360 degrees, so the handle can be on the left side. The handle motion would be reversed. The handle would push back instead of pulling forward to control the temperature.

Does this faucet automatically revert back to stream from spray or ShieldSpray when the water is turned off?

The faucet does not revert to stream when used spray. It does revert to stream when the ShieldSpray button is released.
