1.8 gpm Owensdale Delta Faucet
Newly installed, checked for any build up - none...With a 1.8 GPM max, per description, I have absolutely minimal pressure coming out of my faucet. I have well water (not city). Ex: when running water into the sink to wash dishes, it absolutely does not make "any" suds. I have to physically splash it around. I have corresponded with Delta customer service with no help. I don't even wash pans in the sink cuz of such low pressure (I use my laundry tub!), Just to name another inconvenience, I have to save water in second basin and pour it in the running garbage disposal basin because it doesn't put enough water down to get out food. Grinds dry! Doesn't even rinse out the sink without running the water for a long length of time. Take forever to rinse a glass, etc out. I wouldn't recommend Delta at all. There has to be a recommendation from them to solve this issue. C.S basically says "it is what it is"!!! I will try to come back and post videos and yes, I want my money back! What a waste of water! Been trying to call to get in touch with managers. I am sooo disappointed. California is government restricted on GPM's not Ohio. I need a 2. gpm or more and they won't help me.

Good Faucet
Faucet serves it purpose. Wish connection lines were larger diameter for better water flow. However, that is just my personal preference. It does its job well. Installation instructions could be written more clearly and specific for the installation type. This would help less experienced people install it themselves.

What does the term re-certified mean? Has the unit been previously used?

Recertified products are returned, unused items that include all parts, and have been inspected to meet our quality standards – no dents, scratches, or blemishes. The packaging may have stickers and minor flaws, or the product may be completely repackaged.

I NEED TO KNOW THE DIAMETER OF THE FAUCET BODY ON THE BOTTOM OF BOTH SOAP/FAUCET. I HAVE ONLY 2" AT THE SINK HOLE CLEARANCE ANY BIGGER I WILL HIT TILE QUARTER ROUND ON THE EDGE OF THE SINK. DO ANY OTHER STYLES IN CHROME HAVE A 2" DIAMETER?
