1.8 gpm Owensdale Delta Faucet
Newly installed, checked for any build up - none...With a 1.8 GPM max, per description, I have absolutely minimal pressure coming out of my faucet. I have well water (not city). Ex: when running water into the sink to wash dishes, it absolutely does not make "any" suds. I have to physically splash it around. I have corresponded with Delta customer service with no help. I don't even wash pans in the sink cuz of such low pressure (I use my laundry tub!), Just to name another inconvenience, I have to save water in second basin and pour it in the running garbage disposal basin because it doesn't put enough water down to get out food. Grinds dry! Doesn't even rinse out the sink without running the water for a long length of time. Take forever to rinse a glass, etc out. I wouldn't recommend Delta at all. There has to be a recommendation from them to solve this issue. C.S basically says "it is what it is"!!! I will try to come back and post videos and yes, I want my money back! What a waste of water! Been trying to call to get in touch with managers. I am sooo disappointed. California is government restricted on GPM's not Ohio. I need a 2. gpm or more and they won't help me.

Good Faucet
Faucet serves it purpose. Wish connection lines were larger diameter for better water flow. However, that is just my personal preference. It does its job well. Installation instructions could be written more clearly and specific for the installation type. This would help less experienced people install it themselves.

I NEED TO KNOW THE DIAMETER OF THE FAUCET BODY ON THE BOTTOM OF BOTH SOAP/FAUCET. I HAVE ONLY 2" AT THE SINK HOLE CLEARANCE ANY BIGGER I WILL HIT TILE QUARTER ROUND ON THE EDGE OF THE SINK. DO ANY OTHER STYLES IN CHROME HAVE A 2" DIAMETER?

The faucet model 19932Z-SPSD-DST has a 2" base diameter but is not currently available in chrome finish.

Installed the delta owendale 19875z-spas-dst. Can’t get any cold water to come out, only scalding hot. I checked the pressure from the cold source and it’s fine. Is there a scald gauge on this model or do you have any recommendations?

Are the top opening diameters of all your various models of soap dispensors the same? Or are some models larger than others for ease of filling from the top? What is the diameter opening to fill for this model?

The opening to fill the included soap dispenser is 1". This would be the same for our other soap dispensers. We carry an optional, vented funnel to help with refilling, RP30395.

I ordered one of your re-certified faucets from you A week a half ago. It was missing the aerator. I tried to find the recite . I check all over trying to locate the smaller size areator. No one nor Ferguson my supply house does have one. How do I find it

just had the water heater replace .after replacment notice low pressure. May be some dirt particles blocked output flow. What can be done to correct flow problem. Have Owendale Kitchen Model 19875z-spsd.

Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. We apologize for this information not being readily available to you. We recommend flushing the valves of the Delta Faucet Owendale™ Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen With Soap Dispenser And ShieldSpray Technology In Spotshield Stainless
MODEL#: 19875Z-SPSD-DST.
To flush the unit, we recommend the following:
Start with the easy stuff:
Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed.
If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is.
Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow.
If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet.
Next, check the supply lines for debris:
Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.
Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.
Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket.
Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.
Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold-water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies.
