Great choice.
I am very pleased with this faucet, it’s very convenient. My counter stays dry for once. Installation was simple, it’s only been a week but I’m loving it. There are a lot more expensive choices out there but this one had great reviews, even better the ones costing a lot more money.

Look Ma, No Hands!
We cannot wait to get this installed! Our friends have this model installed and it is gorgeous! The no touch functionality is SUCH a huge upgrade that we cannot wait to have in our own kitchen. There is no question about the quality and durability which of course is on par for the Delta brand. We're having some trouble getting ours installed but we're going to make this happen, especially now that we've seen our friends' in action!

Easy to install
This faucet is so useful. It has an automatic on and off with just a tap. It has a special button for just rinsing cups. The water pressure is great for hard to remove food items. Install was easy and it had all parts you needed. It’s very durable.

Touchless faucet
I just got the Delta Ophelia Touchless Kitchen Faucet, and I couldn’t be more excited. The idea of being able to turn it on without touching it, especially with messy hands…feels like a game changer for my kitchen routine. It’s sleek and modern design will look amazing in my kitchen plus it comes with lifetime warranty..! I seriously can’t wait to get this installed and start using it! It’s going to make life so much easier.

Excellent features and quality!
We were thrilled to get this new faucet! It is touchless as well as tap to turn on and off. It took him about an hour or two to install and he said it was pretty easy. It is very sturdy. It took us a little practice to use the technology, but now it's easy. I love the pull down handle and the different stream options. It's beautiful and exceptional quality! I know it will last a long time. There is a battery sensor under the sink that controls the technology. To initiate the sensors, to turn it on, you must first touch the base. The sensor goes into sleep mode to save battery, so you can't just walk up to it and tap or place your hand into the sensors to turn it on and off. It is easy to do, and saves the battery for when you only use it. It would be nice if it was able to plug into an outlet like our garbage disposal is under the sink, but I'm sure the batteries will last a long time. If you can afford to buy this it is an excellent faucet for your kitchen sink!

My touch stopped working on my faucet. The light comes on but water does not flow unless you manually turn on by the handle.

I just installed a new Ophelia faucet and it's leaking out of the handle. How do I fix this

During the first few days after installation, debris may move around the pipes in your home. Debris can cause the cartridge not to seal correctly, we would recommend flushing the faucet. I have included a link below to the Help Center with flushing instructions.

We just installed a 19888TZ-BL-DST faucet and the touch2o technology does not work when we touch the faucet. We replaced the batteries and checked other options after viewing trouble shooting video. What else can we do?

Hi! Does the water timeout after it runs for a certain length of time? And is there a way to stop the 360 degree turn? So that it doesn’t get turned on behind the sink.
can the handle to control the water be on the left side vs as shown, I realize that the cold/hot positions will be reversed - I don't have enough dimensionally on the left side (have a faucet for a water filter next to the sink faucet)

If we use the faucet more than on and off, ie run the water while cleaning the sink for 3 minutes. The touch feature stops working for up to 45 minutes. Is there something to check or replace? Should I stop cleaning the sink?

Touch2O® Technology kitchen faucets are powered by 6 AA batteries. Ordinary batteries will last up to one year with 20 minutes of usage per day.

My Fauset is similar to this one and it’s not working I changed out batteries and it’s not that. I had a Solenoid go out before and it might be that. Is there anyway to bypass it to get water?

The easiest way to make our Delta touch models manual is to remove the battery box from the solenoid while the water is running. There are a couple more ways we can advise to make them manual, If the faucet is a later generation, the solenoid assembly may be removed, and the wand hose connected directly to the valve outlet tube. Lastly, If the solenoid Generation 1 or 2, and operational enough, we can directly energize it open. These directions are in the M&Is, using the battery pack to reverse the power to the solenoid momentarily. This is the least preferred method.
