Love it
I love the design and the fact that it’s touch less. Delta is a really good company and I needed a new faucet. Their products are very durable. Installation instructions look easy so hopefully won’t need a plumber. Then will find out how the water pressure is.

Beautiful and functional kitchen faucet
The installation process took 35 minutes following the step by step instructions. The touch feature is probably my favorite design on the faucet. Easy to touch and wash your hands and touch again to turn it off. The faucet also looks great and functions easily. I was worried about water pressure since we have a well water and the faucet has adequate flow. The sprayer works nicely and love that has 3 spray options and you can pull the sprayer down and retracts nicely on its own. Overall I’m happy and excited to have a Delta touchless faucet and would highly recommend to anyone

My Christmas Present!
My daughter gifted me this beautiful Delta faucet for Christmas, I love everything about this beautiful kitchen faucet starting with the beautiful Venetian Bronze color, 360 swivel capability, 3 water spraying settings, water temperature indicator which shows you hot warm and cold. What's not to like about saving water with one simple touch?

Simply amazing!
I have been using the Delta Ophelia Touch2O Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet for the past several weeks and I’m thoroughly impressed. It has a stunningly beautiful and modern design, which compliments my kitchen nicely. I love the innovative spray shield as well as the pull-down hose. OMG THIS THING IS AWESOME!
We needed a new faucet in our kitchen. This delta faucet caught my eye with the touchless on and off feature. Let me tell you, OMG. This thing is freaking awesome! it looks nice and elegant and gives your kitchen a nice touch. When i say touch you can touch it to turn it on and off. How cool is that!!!!

Feels and looks amazing
We decided to upgrade to a touch faucet. I really liked the look of this one. And it feels really solid and high quality as well. The touch response is very good. It's easy to turn it on and off with my forearms. The LED light that shows the water temperature is helpful. Although I do wish you could adjust the ranges for the three colors. The splash guard spray mode is all new to me. At first I wasn't so sure about it but it does seem to reduce a lot of splashing.
The installation was not too bad. We used the included 3 hole cover because of our existing faucet layout. It covered the are nicely. It comes with batteries which is nice so you don't get all excited and then have to go to the store for more batteries. Overall I'm very happy with this faucet.

Worth every penny
I never had a touch controlled faucet before; this is revolutionary, especially since I usually do all the cooking and cleaning at home, not having the need to manually manipulate the faucet when my hands are busy or messy is game changer. The style is elegant and very high-end; it has an extendable end, which makes it very handy during cleaning and doing heavy greased dishes. It's worth every penny and for sure increases the value of your home.

Touch on/off, I was skeptical ...
Honestly, I was very skeptical about the practicality of the "touch" on/off.
How wrong I was. It is very convenient when doing food prep. No more grabbing the facet handle while my hands are full of uncooked chicken goo! Simply touch it and it turn on instantly. I no longer have to sanitize the facet handles after cooking.
The tall spout makes fill pots a snap. The flexible, extending neck is also very convenient as it replace the traditional sprayer.
Last, but certainly not least ... looks amazing too!

Great for dirty hands
I just replaced my faucet with this Delta touch faucet. Very easy to put in. Has many great features, with the tap on the faucet and it turns on. And the color changing light to let you know if the water is hot or cold. The shape of the faucet is very stylish. This is a great faucet for the family.

The touch sense technology works fantastic my kid plays with it all the time it has a great finish on it as well resistant to finger prints wich i love have to say was not to hard to install so no plumber required any handy man can do it only have had for a few weeks but seems to be a keeper

Easy install and great features
This is the second Delta kitchen faucet I’ve installed, and even with the Touch 2.0 features, pretty simple for someone that can turn a wrench. There are also some great how-to videos on You Tube that make it easier. I’ve installed other brands of faucets, and Delta has the easiest install by far. The faucet has nice lines that I like, not too plain but not frilly. I got the brushed stainless finish, which looks great. I wasn’t completely sold on the touch feature, but I’ll find it hard to go back to a non touch faucet now that I’ve used it. You don’t really realize how often a feature like that comes in handy until you have it! (Meatloaf, pie dough, etc.) You won’t regret buying this faucet.

Great Kitchen Faucet!
The Delta Ophelia Touch20 is a must buy faucet! Has every feature you need in your kitchen. Turns on/off with a touch, LED colored light tells you when water is hot/cold, auto shut off after 4 minutes, easy to clean calcium/lime off of the sprayer. My husband said it was easy to install and included everything needed. We are so glad we choose this faucet!

Really beautiful faucet. The pull down feature is really handy. The ability to change the spray makes it very versatile. The led light notifies when the water changes from cold to hot. The touch feature makes it really nice to turn turn on and off. Very easy to install.

Convenient faucet
I wanted a new kitchen faucet and selected the Delta Ophelia Touch2O. The Ophelia, is a pull down faucet that seems to be the most popular type nowadays.
Delta is a well-known faucet brand, and is part of the reason I chose it.
The Ophelia is part of their Touch20 line of faucets. This means that you can tap the neck of the faucet with your wrist or other part of your hand, and it will turn on and off. At first, I wasn’t sure I needed that feature, but have found that it comes in handy when you really need it. When your hands are already oily or dirty, you’ll feel the convenience factor of it. You can still use it like a regular faucet, as well.
It’s nice that there is a timeout. After a few minutes, if you don’t turn it off, it will auto shut off, so you don’t need to worry about it accidentally turning on and wasting water.
The electronics are in a separate module, and it is battery powered, so there’s no need to be concerned about having an outlet under the sink. You can also buy an AC adapter (sold separately), if you don’t want to use batteries.
It had everything I needed to install it, including an optional deck plate for those with 3 holes in their countertops. The tubing is a hard plastic like material. I have seen some other faucets with brass or metal tubing. I’m not sure which one is better, but that is something to consider.
Overall, it’s a nice faucet from Delta, and would recommend it to someone looking for the Touch2O feature.

Game changer!!
This faucet is a game changer. I always stayed away from it due to price but please do yourself a favor and splurge it’s well worth it. It’s convenient on two fronts. 1) you can pull down the sprayer to use on dishes or wash out your sink. And. 2) tap touch to turn on!! Very convenient when you’ve been cutting meat and your hands have stuff on them!! Tap with the back of your hand and whalaaa! Easy peasy!! Very happy with this product!!

Awesome faucet with great touch feature and spray options! All in all this is a good faucet. Touch feature works well. Temp indicator light could be a little more brighter however it works well. Installation was simple. No plumber needed.

No touch is great
This is great to use when cooking since my hands are dirty and don’t want to get raw meat juice on handles. My daughter also seems to get paint on faucet so it’s helpful to have for crafts and such. I think I would like on a brass.

Nice Faucet!
This faucet has every feature you could want. It has a retractable hose with a magnet to help it stay attached, a jet spray, and a very powerful SpotShield. The SpotShield takes some practice to get right, but once you do, it gets off all kinds of stuck on food. The curved spigot part is high enough for even the tallest pasta pot. The faucet also turns from side to side fluidly. It has a stainless steel look that is smooth to the touch. It makes my whole kitchen look a bit classier. Love it!

Hello, the way our window sill is designed, when we turned the water on and try to turn the handle all the way to the right for hot water, the handle hits our sill. Is there a shorter handle we can put on this faucet? Thank you.

Unfortunately there are no alternative handles for this model. However, the faucet can be installed with the handle at an angle to avoid hitting the sill, in the front of the faucet or on the opposite side.

Is there minimum water pressure requirement for the check valve to work? My flow rate looks fine until the check valves are added then it drops to nearly zero. I have two touch2O faucets and I tried all 4 check valves on the same shut-off valve, same.

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19888TZ-DST. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing with installing the check valves. We are happy to help!
We recommend a minimum of 20psi for a faucet. The ShieldSpray bubble may not work correctly if the pressure is below 40psi. A possible cause of an issue with the check valve is if they are overtightened. We recommend a second wrench to hold the check valve in place while the hose nut is tightened to the check valve. I need to order a converter for my Ophelia kitchen faucet to eliminate the battery box under the sink.
May faucet dripps when in the handle is in the on position and it touched to turn off.

It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue with your OPHELIA™ Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet MODEL#: 19888TZ-SP-DST. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and repeat with the second line.
