Great quality faucet
Great faucet! We purchased this Boyd faucet for our recent kitchen remodel after reviewing lots of Delta faucets and a few other brands as well (truly, not sure why we looked at other brands...no comparison with Delta quality). We are very happy with our selection; it is a great quality faucet. Our contractor installed the faucet, so we can't review the installation. But the overall faucet is perfect for us. This was our first faucet with the built-in spray wand, so it took a little bit to get accustomed to that function, but we love it now. It is easy to regulate for hot or cold water. The faucet rotates easily, too. Overall, the wand spray feature is very easy to use, although we haven't used the ShieldSpray function much at all. The placement of the controls of the wand works great for us. We are very happy with the Boyd faucet and it is perfect for our newly renovated kitchen. We have always been Delta customers and happily remain so now!

Sleek, sturdy, and functional!
Beautiful, well-made kitchen faucet. In addition to the standard flow and spray (pictured) functions, the nozzle has a power jet that does a fantastic job of blasting stuck-on foods from dirty dishes. It's incredibly easy to clean - a quick wipe down with a disinfecting wipe or a soapy sponge does the trick. The brushed chrome version that I got doesn't hold fingerprints and looks sleek and professional.

Cheap foam gasket under faucet base
The directions are confusing. They use different ways to assemble depending what was in box. One part appears nowhere in instructions. The worst is the flimsy foam gasket under the faucet hub. Mine was not stiched cut out enough, you have to remove centerto have round ring. The foam sqaushes into nothing. How much would a rubber gasket have cost. I’m sending it back!

Beautiful faucet, love the spray choices
I got the brushed nickel faucet and soap dispenser. This is a very nice heavy weight faucet. Doesn’t feel cheap. I love the 3 spray choices in the nozzle. None of them spray the water everywhere. The soap dispenser pumps nicely and dispenses the perfect amount of soap.

I just installed this about 2 weeks ago and the small handle that opens the water keeps falling off. Why? I tried to tighten it and nothing. Had the same problem with the Delta one I replaced? Is this a standard Delta issue?

Is the soap dispenser where you can add soap from the top or bottom.

The thin deck aid RP37490 is not included. This stabilization plate is typically unnecessary, but it can help provide thickness to thin gauge sinks.

Brand new. Flow is very strong and splashes too much. Water streams (single and multi) look right but it just seems that there is not enough air mixed in. Can I replace with an aerator that introduces more air or make any adjustments to the faucet?

Recently installed the faucet. When turned on to hot the water is only like warm, even when the cold water supply is off and the water is running for 15 minutes. All other faucets in the home run hot.

I'm trying to fill the soap dispenser and the top comes off, but nothing else. Can't fill the dispenser since the tuber part stays inside.
