I bought this faucet because I thought it was beautiful and because Delta usually has very positive reviews for their faucets. I was also impressed by their warranty.
I am disappointed in this faucet for several reasons. My old faucet had the lever on the top of the faucet. I could turn it on with my right or left hand, the back of my hand or even my elbow. This faucet is more awkward to use. My countertop was fabricated with 3 holes: One for the faucet, one for the dishwasher air gap, and one for the soap dispenser. If I try to turn on the water using my thumb on one side of the lever and my palm on the other side of the lever, my hand hits the dishwasher air gap and causes it to tilt. So I have to grab the lever from above with my fingertips to turn it on or use my left hand.
I also do not like the way the unit sprays. The single spray is not in the center, but close to the buttons. I am getting used to it, but initially I was surprised by where the water stream appears and had to adjust where I was directing the stream of water after turning it on. I also don’t like the spray function. It is forceful and good at removing food, but it also splatters water everywhere. Again, I was surprised by the pattern of the spray. (See Delta's picture of all three spray patterns). Lastly, the spray shield setting is pretty and very gentle, but not very good at removing food. The bubble is smaller than I thought it would be.
The pullout spray is designed to be pulled down. This means you must pull down and then to the side to fill a pot. Again I am missing my old faucet where I just pulled horizontally to fill a pot.
This faucet swivels extremely easily and the materials appear to be very good quality. You will probably love it if you are used to a pull down faucet. You might want to think twice if you are used to a pull out faucet.

I love how easy it is to use the top as a sprayer! Its so Easy cleaning up pots and pans in cup's with the sprayer, this tap is a total game changer!! It has a lifetime warranty wich is awesome, just incase something breaks.

A New favorite
I had the amazing opportunity given by Influencer to test the Delta Boyd Kitchen Pull Down Kitchen Faucet with soap dispenser and it’s by far a new favorite for me. We recently did an upgrade to our kitchen and the faucet was a perfect addition to the Kitchen. The soap dispenser is an added bonus that I love too. The size and height fits well to our sink and the magnet held spout/
sprayer works well. The sprayer has 3 unique spray functions which is nice when doing dishes or rinsing. This is a great products that I would highly recommend if you are looking for something new or different. The installation was easy and quick and works well for our entire family.

Awesome Product!
This faucet has been amazing since we installed it last week. The pull down hose is heavy duty and there is an amazing feature to clean water bottles and glasses. It is so easy to switch between normal, spray, and bottle cleaning mode. Highly recommend!

Filling of the dispenser
The faucet was delivered to the wrong house But good neighbors got it to me. The brushed nickle is beautiful. The installation was good except I was unable to remove old sprayer. With tnot was not able to put in dispenser. The water flow was nice I love the bowl option on tbe sprayer. And the option to choose sides for the handle is perfect.

This Delta kitchen faucet is a great. The design is very functional. It comes with everything you need to create a beautiful kitchen sink. It is big so be sure to look at the dimensions before purchasing. The pull down sprayer is a space saver and very easy. I also loved the look and the brushed nickel was perfect for my kitchen. The soap dispenser comes with the setup so be sure to have a space for it on the side!!

High quality sink

I just installed this about 2 weeks ago and the small handle that opens the water keeps falling off. Why? I tried to tighten it and nothing. Had the same problem with the Delta one I replaced? Is this a standard Delta issue?

Brand new. Flow is very strong and splashes too much. Water streams (single and multi) look right but it just seems that there is not enough air mixed in. Can I replace with an aerator that introduces more air or make any adjustments to the faucet?

Recently installed the faucet. When turned on to hot the water is only like warm, even when the cold water supply is off and the water is running for 15 minutes. All other faucets in the home run hot.

I'm trying to fill the soap dispenser and the top comes off, but nothing else. Can't fill the dispenser since the tuber part stays inside.
