Just installed my Ashton faucet and the pull down sprayer doesn’t retract back up by itself.

Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about 19922Z-SSSD-DST-R! I am sorry for any confusion, none of our Delta Faucets pull down wands retract. The wand and hose would need to be pushed back up into the spout and would hold using the MagnaTite® Docking.

I have this faucet. It does not always turn off completely. Will be a dribble or small stream and I have to eiggle the handle to find spot to shut off. How can this be fixed?

Hi, I bought this kitchen faucet about 2 1/2 years ago. I am no longer able to get the Power Shield to work. The single stream works fine but the Shield doesn’t spray out properly. It looked like this model was discontinued but I was hoping you could help
