Beautiful and great quality!
This delta Trask kitchen faucet is of very good quality. We recently moved to new home with everything builder grade. Champagne Bronze color is beautiful and it goes well with my plan to change all the accessories in kitchen to gold tone. I have been using it for few months now and Absolutely loving this new faucet in my kitchen.

handle broke away from faucet body.
bought the Delta Trask for my kitchen remodel. glad to see you've switched from gray to black pull out hose. it has performed well, up until the handle broke away from the faucet body about 3 days ago. so not happy there, as there is no way to fix it...it's a metal break from the body. having to get another faucet now...not delta, unless you can do something for me here in a replacement. it's no longer under warranty; it's about 10-12 yrs old I'd guess.? (stainless steel)

Love it!
We absolutely love this facet! Its sleek design is modern and timeless. The color is gorgeous & the single handle design is very nice. So far it seems to be very durable and holding up perfectly! Installation took my husband maybe 30 minutes.

This Delta faucet was so easy to install and the instructions were very simple to follow! It is absolutely stunning 😍(the color and style is perfection). My favorite part is the magnetic pull it had when you are done with sprayer and the button to switch between the different flows! It is sturdy, looks expensive and such a great feature for a kitchen! 10/10 recommend

Thank you for your review, MarySPhi! The soap dispenser head can be lifted up in order to easily refill the soap dispenser bottle. The bottle can alternatively be un-threaded from below for cleaning and refilling.

Since the spout rotates 360 degrees, there is no reason it can't be located on the left.

Is the hose weight supposed to slide up and down the hose instead of staying in place? As it slides it doesn’t have enough weight to pull the head back to the faucet and I have to manually feed it back in. Seems like a flaw if not it’s a pain.

Thank you for your question. The weight assembly of the Delta Trask Pull-Down Kitchen 19933-SPSD-DST faucet. While the wand sprayer is not designed to automatically retract into the faucet, it should easily slide back up to the spout due to the hose weight installed below the sink. Once it is brought to the spout, the magnet will hold the sprayer firmly in place and ensure that it is properly aligned.

Blinking Red Light
What do the light colors mean besides just showing the temperature? Our faucet starting blinking red when you turn it on and when you turn it off.

Thank you for your inquiry! Usually, when the LED light is flashing red on the base of the Delta Trask Pull-Down Touch2O Technology 19933T-SPSD-DST faucet, it indicates that the batteries will need to be replaced. The 6 AA batteries should last 1-2 years, and 6 C batteries may last up to 5 years.

what is the warranty on this faucet. I purchased at Lowes. The pullout is not functioning correctly. It pulls out but when it returns it doesn't return to the faucet flat. Additionally, spray function sticks causing water to flow in a spray and flow.

Can aerator be removed from sprayer?
I have removed the sprayer head from hose. Does sprayer head break down further to clean or replace the aerator and screen? Thanks. Bob
Thank you for your question, Bob! The aerator is not designed to be removed from the wand. We recommend soaking the wand assembly in a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution for 15-30 minutes. You can also tap it upside-down on a paper towel to help remove any debris.

Our plumber just installed the delta Strak and the water pressure is extremely low for both cold and hot water that washing a cup take more that’s 30 sec to wash .... all water tabs at house is strong. Any advice?...

Thank you for your question. We would advise flushing the supply lines of your Delta Trask Kitchen Pull-Down 19933-CZSD-DST faucet. To flush out the valve body, so that these parts do last as long as possible, please first turn off the water supply to the faucet. Gather an adjustable wrench, some towels and a bucket.
Disconnect the hot side Innoflex line. Move the handle to the full on position, middle temp.
Point the hot side Innoflex line into a bucket. Turn on the cold supply valve full.
Let a gallon or two flow into the bucket. Shut off cold supply.
Check bucket for debris. If no debris, empty bucket and run one more time.
Move handle to off position.
Reattach hot side line. Turn on both water supply valves.

What is the best way to clean the the champagne bronze color faucets? I'm mainly interested in a safe way to remove finger prints and greasy smudges.

Thank you for your question. Although our finishes are extremely durable, they may be damaged by harsh abrasives or polish. To clean, we recommend simply wiping with a gentle damp cloth and then blotting dry with a soft towel.
If water deposits are especially troublesome, you may use a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water to remove them. White vinegar is strong enough to dissolve mineral deposits, yet mild enough not to damage our finishes.
Note: Please be aware white vinegar may stain some porous materials like untreated stone. If you have an unsealed tile or counter top, please take care when cleaning your products.
If you’d prefer using a chemical cleaning product, our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner, Fantastic® All-Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturer’ instructions.
Any cleaners not listed above may be tried if they do not contain hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids or similar caustic agents. Some examples of chemical cleaners to avoid are: green Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, and Soft Scrub and Tile Cleaner.
Note: Any products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust will most likely harm the finished products.
Most drain cleaners may be used when following their specific directions and not allowing exposure to the finish longer than 30 minutes.

Thank you for your question, Danielle! The maximum deck thickness for the faucet is 2 1/2" with the 3 hole plate, and 3" without it. We do not have an extension kit for the faucet.
The soap dispenser has a maximum deck thickness of 2.81". The RP31845 will add 1" to this.

Is this model nozzle interchangeable with the new Spray Shield nozzle? I have the Trask 19933-SPSD-DST.

The Trask is not offered with ShieldSpray® Technology but another models' wand with magnetite docking and ShieldSpray could be used instead. The closest match would be the Marca or Essa wands.

Is hot/cold water direction correct?
For this model, 19333; what is the correct hot/cold water direction? I confirmed the blue end in cold/red end in hot water line. When the water is on, I tilt handle forward for hot, back for cold. It seems these are reversed (cold should be forward).
What you stated is correct - hot is "forward," or towards you, and cold is away from you. I agree that usually this is the other way around. We have had some guests that got confused by this. Our faucet has a tiny H and C printed on it - not sure if yours may have this too.

Thank you for your question, Al. The sprayer will unscrew from the end of the hose. We recommend to soak it in a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution, rinse it off, and check for debris. Please be careful that the hose does not retract into the faucet while the sprayer is removed.

Is pull down sprayer supposed to retract on its own?
Item is brand new, installed today. I pull out the pull down sprayer to use... then isn't it supposed to retract into the faucet on its own? Right now I have to push it in until the magnet snaps it in place, but I have to push it nearly all the way in. Is this the normal operation?

My handle fell off, how should I replace it so that it actually stays attached?

Once the handle is placed onto the stem of the cartridge the set screw when tight should hold the handle in place. The spec sheet says clearance to backsplash is 2.5". Is the measurement from the center of the faucet hole to the backsplash? Or is the measurement from the back side of the faucet to the backsplash???
