Very Nice Faucet
Recently installed this faucet to replace a 5 year old pull out faucet that developed a leak in the pull out hose. This installed similar to the previous faucet, although the Delta installation was easier that the faucet it replaced. The magnet that holds the pull down faucet in place is a nice feature. This faucet is rated at 1.8gpm as opposed to the old faucet at 1.5gpm, and this faucet has a "tighter" water stream. We have low water pressure (45 psi) and this faucet provides a better stream of water with the "tighter" water stream. Overall, I am pleased with the appearance and performance of this faucet.

I bought this faucet about a month ago to replace a Delta faucet that had been installed when my house was built about 12yrs ago..I was starting to get a metallic taste in the water. Installation was fairly easy and results are outstanding.

We didn't have the soap dispenser installed but this Delta Faucet is extremely NICE!!! I bought this through Lowe's (received their Veteran's 10% discount) & had one of their installers replace my old kitchen sink faucet. The installer was very professional & there is no issues!! LOVE this Delta faucet.....I'm glad to spend the extra money to get quality (comes with a Lifetime Warranty!!).

Only lasted 3 years.
After 3 years I am facing replacing it ($500 plumbers fee plus price of a new faucet) or reworking the faucet ($400) if parts can be found. I love the styling but I really am disappointed that it only lasted 3years.

Was excited to get my new faucet installed with my new sink, but very disappointed that it leaked. Had plummer come back out a few days later and he showed me the problem. Contacted Delta and they sent replacement parts. Bummer brand new faucet had to have replecement parts put in, in under a week!

Beautiful faucet / Great Warranty
I love this faucet, it is so beautiful and looks great in my kitchen. I had to call Delta right after plumber installed . There was 2 very small defects. 1 was REALLY noticable when light from above was on.
I know it was only a nic, but it stood out right in front.Also the final gloss on faucet was a little spotty above the spout. Lowe's and Delta had it removed and exchanged.
I really can see the difference! This one's gloss finish is so much better and no defects. Just beautiful and it shines so nice under the above lighting.
Delta's people are so nice and courteous
and they also worked right along with Lowe's.I truly appreciate all the help given in solving this issue.
Wonderful company!
With no doubt , I would purchase a Delta Faucet again and would definitely tell others to buy a Delta Faucet over others.

True Spot Shield
This faucet is true to the claim of Spot Shield...installed almost 2 months ago and not one spot on the faucet.
The weight system for the hose is effortless as well.

Beautiful and sleek

Good.....until it's not.
My wife and I were happy after putting this faucet in, as it does look nice and works as expected at first. The problem is, that after time, I noticed discoloration below the main unit where the hand-held wand connects back. I didn't think much of it, but recently when I went to pull the handle down, a piece of rusted,crumbled metal came out with it. It turns out that was the magnetic piece that hold the wand in place, and it rusting over a period of time is what caused the discoloration. Now, the wand won't stay in place, which is really annoying. For the price, I wouldn't expect this to happen over a fairly short period of time as it's not like this part comes in direct contact w/ water. Upon researching it a bit, I found that others have complained about same issue, so I think this may be some kind of defect with this model. This a warning to others who think this faucet looks nice, as an eventual dangling wand is not appealing at all. I hope Delta looks into this further, as I have enjoyed their products in the past, but will go elsewhere for the replacement I now need for this faucet.

Gorgeous faucet
We love our new Delta faucet. Well made easy to install and very functional. The magnetic locking mechanism on the sprayer goes in and out easy to clean your sink and everything in it.
The only reason I didn’t give it a five star is the pump soap dispenser seemed like it was an afterthought made a very cheap plastic with a small soap reservoir that would have to be refilled often. So we went out and purchased an all stainless steel soap pump with a stopper at the end so we can use an entire bottle of dishwashing detergent so it doesn’t have to be refilled so often.

Horrible idea - get a manual faucet!
I'm just glad it was my wife that chose this or I'd be in the dog house. The water turns off whne it wants and I often am slapping it trying to get it to go on. There is no manual override (unless you take out he batteries or solenoid) so you can't choose whne to turn the touch feature on. Additionally, the faucet is hard to control for something other than full on with splash all over my waist or completely off. I don't know if Delta makes other better manual faucets but stay away from these (and don't even get me started on the stupid soap dispenser. We threw that (and $150) away.

The best kitchen faucet
I installed this kitchen faucet 6 months ago and both my wife and I feel it is the best faucet we have had. The sprayer in the handle works perfect, it’s the faucet where I use the sprayer all the time. The magnetic connect works great. Also the faucet bends almost 180 degrees, resulting in the water landing in the center of the sink, out last one the water landed close to the edge and splashed water out of the sink....

I actually installed it myself. Pretty easy overall except it was tight working behind the sink. My plumber wanted $125 to install. Probably a fair price considering the tight space under the sink.

Hot Water Pressure has dropped significantly since the faucet was installed about a month ago. Cold water pressure has remained the same. Can you provide input to troubleshoot the Hot Water pressure change. Thanks

Thank you for your question. We would recommend flushing the hot water supply line. To do this, gather an adjustable wrench, some towels and a bucket.
Shut off both water supplies.
Disconnect the hot side Innoflex line and point it into a bucket.
Move the handle to the full on position, middle temperature.
Turn on the cold supply valve full.
Let a gallon or two flow into the bucket.
Shut off cold water supply.
Check bucket for debris. If no debris, empty bucket and run one more time.
Move the faucet handle handle to off position.
Reattach the hot side line.
To flush the cold side Innoflex line, just substitute cold for hot, and hot for cold in the steps.

Thank you for your question. The handle on the Delta 19933-SD-DST faucet pulls away from the faucet to turn on and also give cold water. Pull the handle forward to change the water temperature to hot.

Does it have a removable screen to clean in the faucet head

Thank you for your question. The sprayer/wand assembly of the Delta Trask Pull-Down Kitchen 19933-SPSD-DST faucet can be unscrewed counterclockwise from the hose connection to remove and be cleaned. We recommend to soak in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water for an hour or even overnight to clean. It does not have a removable aerator assembly.
