"I Always Use Delta Faucets"
Once again a Delta product comes through working perfectly, I've been using their faucets for over 20 years now, never a problem with the installation and when something needs replacement, gaskets, seals or arreator, I always replace the parts with oem Delta and keep them working like brand new again.

Excellent Faucet
I had bought one 4 years ago used. And just recently replaced it with the same model but brand new. Perfectly designed, no excess bulk or weight. Smooth rotation on handle and main body. Easy to clean. Perfect amount of pressure.

Low flow when hooked up to solenoid
Just purchased and installed this faucet. Water flow is very low when lines are hooked up to solenoid. When I bypass it, flow is great indicating there is no blockage in the lines. I would assume the solenoid is bad and it is brand new.

Delta Trask Faucet is great so far. I should have bought this faucet sooner. No problem with the installation and the soap dispenser is nice. If you want a nice looking and functional faucet buy the Delta Trask Faucet. The pull down sprayer is handy.

Wonderful appearance, works well.
We love the style of the faucet. The magnetic feature for holding the sprayer is easy to use. The control handle is creating a learning curve, but we should be able to get used to the change from what we had used for years.

Looks good - easy to install
We really like the looks of the new faucet in our kitchen. The height of the spout makes it easier to get pots and larger bowls under the faucet for rinsing. The pull-out sprayer works much better than our old faucet. It was very easy to install.

Awesome Faucet
This is the perfect faucet. We just moved into a new house which needed a new kitchen faucet. We had this exact faucet in the old place so I was trying to stay away from it. After looking at everything in multiple Home Depots, Lowe's, and online retailers, I couldn't find anything that looked this good for our kitchen island sink. The wife suggested this faucet again, and turns out we both wanted it. It is beautiful, easy to care for, and easy to install yourself. The hose feature is great for reaching all those hard to reach spot in the sink and for big items that would not fit in the sink. It does switch back between the normal spout and a spray, which is ideal for removing stubborn food from plates and pans. This is the second one I have purchased and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Nice Faucet but a few flaws
In the store I liked the faucet. It snapped back in the holder because of the magnet. It looked great. However, it is designed to have the handle facing to the right which I could not do because of a water filter faucet already in place to the right of the Delta faucet. SO we had to install it with the Delta faucet handle on the left. So, the handle works by moving it away from you, a little inconvenient. I wrote Delta to see if the handle could be rotated forward after taking out the screw on the handle. Their response did not say it could or could not be done just that it was made to have the handle on the right and I would have to use the handle in it's backwards position. Oh well. The magnet does not work as well as it did in the store, perhaps because of the hose or the water pressure. The button on the spray nozzle switches the water from stream to spray. However, it stays where in the last position that it is set. It does not go back to the stream mode by itself. A little inconvenient when trying to wash something up close. The spray stream sends the water splashing until I return it to the stream position. I would prefer it reset itself, as my last faucet did, to the stream mode.

Great buy and easy installation
Very easy installation compared to other faucets I have installed in the past. The idea of using a magnet instead of a gasket to keep the sprayer up is genius! Looks very good with our granite countertop too! I only wish it had a flow control on the sprayer button so I could stop splashing myself when I forget to turn the water pressure down and switch to the sprayer.

batteries case a problem
I purchased this faucet early this month at Lowes. At first the faucet worked perfectly. Now the faucet will not always work by touch. I must go under the counter and hold the battery case lid down or open the lid of the battery case and close it several times before the touch will work. Annoying as we bought this faucet for the touch specifically. I have changed batteries twice in an effort to avoid this issue which has not helped. Please help me.

Great product but i have an issue
Let me start by saying all I own is delta products throughout my home. this is my 4th house and all I buy is Delta products so when I had my 1st issues I thought I would see if anyone else has the same problem . After use and the handle is left in the "hot" position and down I notice it leaks.. and not just a few drips..in less than 1/2 hour the entire under sink is flooded and spilled out on to the floor and leaking down stairs. now I checked to see if maybe I installed it wrong but that does not seem to be the case. is there an O-Ring that needs to be replaced ?
this product has been great till this recent leaking issues. now we have to always check to make sure it is shut off right so we don't have a swimming pool in the basement.
I have to go with a "good" review due to this. I feel it is in the craftsmanship and may not hold up to years of use. not sure if this is a warrantee issue as the local home improvement center wont exchange due to I no longer have the receipt or the packaging .

non serviceable water aerator
I purchase this faucet at my local lowes store, about 1 year ago, and after a few months of use, I notice major drawback of this product. If you live in a region where the water is hard/alkaline, then I can assure you will have problems with this faucet. I live in Florida, and every 3 to 6 Months I need to service, showers/faucets, by removing aerators and remove limescale/sand debris with vinegar. For some reason, this faucet was design with a non serviceable aerator, it looks that you need to purchase the entire piece that goes at the end faucet (shower). I check prices online, and the piece cost about $40 to 70 (depending on the finish).
Beware, this product is expensive, and is design with a very poor longevity in mind.
See my picture, you will notice very thin line of water, at full pressure.

Just simply put...I love love love this faucet! I love everything about it!
Live in an older home and have used the same faucet for years. It had a separate sprayer but there was never enough water pressure to use the sprayer. Well a few weeks ago this old faucet started leaking and it was time to replace it. We bought the Delta Trask Single Handle pull down kitchen faucet. We love everything about this faucet. High enough to wash big pots and pans, water pressure like you wouldn't believe, the ease of operation, quality, the style and design. Love everything about this product!

Great purchase!
This is a beautiful faucet with exceptional quality. We have been extremely happy with the look and performance so far. The pull-out feature snaps back in place perfectly. The design is beautiful - very sleek and simple, yet functional. One thing that throws off some of our guests is that the hot is towards you and the cold away from you - I think with most faucets like this it is the other way around. We bought the finish that does not show water spots. I was skeptical, but it really works! I definitely don't need to wipe down this faucet as much as I have had to with my other faucets in the past.

Hot Water Pressure has dropped significantly since the faucet was installed about a month ago. Cold water pressure has remained the same. Can you provide input to troubleshoot the Hot Water pressure change. Thanks

Thank you for your question. We would recommend flushing the hot water supply line. To do this, gather an adjustable wrench, some towels and a bucket.
Shut off both water supplies.
Disconnect the hot side Innoflex line and point it into a bucket.
Move the handle to the full on position, middle temperature.
Turn on the cold supply valve full.
Let a gallon or two flow into the bucket.
Shut off cold water supply.
Check bucket for debris. If no debris, empty bucket and run one more time.
Move the faucet handle handle to off position.
Reattach the hot side line.
To flush the cold side Innoflex line, just substitute cold for hot, and hot for cold in the steps.

Thank you for your question. The handle on the Delta 19933-SD-DST faucet pulls away from the faucet to turn on and also give cold water. Pull the handle forward to change the water temperature to hot.

Does it have a removable screen to clean in the faucet head

Thank you for your question. The sprayer/wand assembly of the Delta Trask Pull-Down Kitchen 19933-SPSD-DST faucet can be unscrewed counterclockwise from the hose connection to remove and be cleaned. We recommend to soak in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water for an hour or even overnight to clean. It does not have a removable aerator assembly.
