Not my favorite
I'll start by saying I really wanted to love this Faucet. Unfortunately, I don't. Nor does anyone else in my household. I thought wow, this is some new wave future type Faucet! Which when it works properly it kind of is. But it doesn't always work the way it's supposed to. The sensor goes in and out. And I'm already noticing some rusting where the nozzle meets the main part. This Faucet was Also very difficult to install. I didn't think it would be that bad because of the instructions and I even watched a video. But I was wrong. Overall I don't love it. It's looks nice, but it's doesn't work well.

Takes a little to get used to but overall great!
Overall this is a great faucet! It’s definitely a learning curve when it comes to the motion sensor part. Sometimes it can be a little annoying but you just have to mess with the sensitivity sensor. I like that the light changes from blue to red when the water is cold or warm. It’s a sleek design and looks nice. It’s also easy to clean and doesn’t look streaky

Decent faucet
I like the fact that I can touch the spout or handle with a part of my arm. This is so good when I’m cooking so I don’t have to constantly wash my hands. But, please make sure it is installed correctly and tightened sufficiently, because it can leak.

Super cool faucet
Awesome faucet! This faucet is incredible and has such neat features. I love the matte black finish. The touchless technology is such an awesome cleanliness feature and makes washing hands after handling chicken a breeze! I highly recommend Delta faucets. The brand reputation holds up.

Definitely updates my kitchen!
I had a handyman install this for me. It took probably an hour (including unhooking the old faucet). It looks very nice and updated in my kitchen. The only thing I really don't like is that the soap dispenser is plastic.

Beautiful and touchless
Great faucet! Love the matte black color and the touchless technology. i also love the pull down and that it’s magnetic. I like that the color on the base shows if the water is hot or cold as well. Installation was quick and easy to complete. Should last a long time and looks great in the kitchen

How do I turn off the touch less feature on Model #19933TL-BLSD-DST?

Thank you for your question!
Follow the instructions below to shut off the Touchless feature of the Touch2O® Touchless faucets.
1. Put the handle in the off position.
2. Wait 10 seconds
3. Tap the spout 6 times within 4 seconds.
4. Notice the indicator light in the faucet base flashes red & blue
5. As soon as the light stops flashing, tap the spout 6 times within 4 seconds.
6. The indicator light in the faucet base will flash red & blue again.
Touchless proximity sensing mode is now off. To turn Touchless mode on, repeat the same steps shown above.

I purchased a Trask touchless Faucet at Lowes. Model 19922Z-SSSD-DST, Where do I install the batteries? The model also states it comes with batteries and they were not in the box?

faucet is many years old. All of a sudden the water coming from the facuet has slowed to half of what was flowing. new batteries. No one adjusted the water flow to the faucet and all other facuets in the house work fine. Suggestions to fix flow?

I recently purchased the 19933TL-BLSD-DST Touchless faucet. Is there a way to turn off the touch altogether? We have found that when you try to change the water temp or pull the sprayer out to wash a dish, the water shuts off because it was touched.

To bypass your Touch20 faucet, please refer to the information below!
Gather some towels for excess water.
1. Turn the handle to the off position.
2. Clear the area under your sink and remove the c-clip attached to the faucet shank.
3. Flip the clip from the top of the solenoid off of the hose.
4. Remove the blue or black clip on the bottom of the solenoid.
5. Hold on to the hose attached to the top of the solenoid and pull the solenoid off.
6. Pull the hose off of the bottom of the solenoid.
Once you remove these parts, connect the hose to the faucet connection and use the blue or black clip to hold it in place. Pull down gently to verify the connection is secure.
