Does this come with the supply line?

I do not want the soap dispenser installed. Can I install the faucet without the soap dispenser?

I bought a house in Florida with a Bronze Delta kitchen faucet. I think it’s a model 16968-DST. The soap dispenser didn’t have a bottle attached to it. Is there a particular bottle or are they generic.
