Hello, I bought a house that already had this faucet installed with very low water pressure. How is the faucet head removed for replacement/cleaning? I have pressed the button and tried to unscrew from the hose, but it is not budging.

It is possible this issue can be resolved by cleaning the product. I would like you to try soaking the product in a 50/50 solution of water and white distilled vinegar. This could break up any possible calcium buildup inside.
