Great quality faucet
I purchased this faucet for our class a motorhome it looks great with the corian counter top, we love delta faucets ,we have this same model faucet in our home as well and it is several years old but still looks good and has not had any problems.

Beautiful but 2 big problems
I love the look of this and the different settings for the water flow. However, it is so hard to get the correct very warm temperature because there isn't far for the handle to move. And the part that holds the magnet for the nozzle won't stay in the neck. So the nozzle falls off. We've had it about a year and a half.

We bought this faucet as "recertified", not sure what that really means, but the price was much lower that new. It seems to have come with only a 10 year warranty, but the box says "lifetime warranty", don't know whats up with that either. I have been using this faucet for less than a week, so I don't know how it will hold up, but it seems to be well built and works well. The instructions for installation were lacking. Even though my husband does most of the repair jobs around the house, and has installed probably 10-15 faucets, this was a real challenge for him. He is not a plumber and does not profess to be one.

I have a Savile Model 19949Z kitchen faucet. My problem is that the nozzle on end of faucet. It will not spray or run full stream. The button on it will not work right. Can I get a replacement for it?

I have a stainless Saville faucet that leaks. I need a replacement insert for the valve. How do i order that? Is there a warranty that covers the replacement valve?

Debris can cause the cartridge to not seal properly, we would recommend flushing the faucet. If the leaking persists, we would then recommend a replacement RP50587 cartridge.

Does this unit come including the deck plate or is that an "option" that must be ordered or specified at time of purchase.

When I reinstalled my Savile with a new sink, less pressure gets through both with hot water and cold water. I have cleared the aerator and still the problem persists. What do you suggest to troubleshoot this problem?
