PITIFUL PRODUCT!
Took weeks to arrive from Lowes and pricepoint was awful. Installed and found sprayer head detached in box! Label on box list production date of 4/9/26. Sprayer head is in separate bag with part number and production date of 12/6/2019 .... ARE YOU KIDDING ME ... 7 YEARS OLD!
This faucet AND the exclusivity at LOWE'S is embarrassing! Save your money and sanity - shop at Amazon - they dont give you any crap about returns and their products were made in the last year!!!

Waste of money
regret purchasing this faucet. Within just a few months of normal use, the magnet corroded, and soon after the handle broke at the attachment point. For such an expensive product, the quality is shockingly poor. Cheap materials, disappointing durability-overall a waste of money. Do not buy.

Excellent pull down kitchen faucet
I bought this faucet more than a year from Lowe’s Store. It worked good, and I and my wife like it. Delta brand faucets are dependable, and life time warranty. I replaced all my 3 faucets in my house to all Delta brands because I trusted it.

Great Faucet, Awful Directions
We really love our new faucet. It is so much better than our old one and looks like it was always meant to be in our home. My only issue are the directions. I couldn't make any sense of them and the only way I was able install successfully was by going on YouTube. Without the video I found, I would have taken the faucet back.

Hi and Happy Near! My wife and I have what we believe to be a Delata “Valdosta” kitchen faucet and we absolutely LOVE it! The only problem is I cant locate the tool I need to tighten the set screw in the handle. What do I need and can you supply it?

Once the spray is selected does it only turn off at the handle, or can I switch between spray and full water stream with the button on the pull out? Also, is the pull out metal or plastic? Thanks.

Thank you for your question. The wand will remain on either spray or stream when you turn it back on depending on which mode was in use when you turned the faucet off. However, you would need to hold the ShieldSpray button for this feature. The sprayer/wand assembly of the Delta Valdosta Pull-Down Kitchen 19957Z-CZSD-DST faucet is non-metallic.

Where can I buy this faucet? It says sold at Lowes but Lowes website states no longer available. Same for the Home Depot exclusive faucet. Please advise as the 2 styles are what I am looking for in my kitchen in the champagne bronze.

We live in an area where calcium crystals builds up in the spray area. Can the the sprayer be taken apart to clean out these crystals?
Hello, Tom! Thank you for your question. The aerator can be removed for cleaning, and the Touch-Clean spray holes can be cleaned with a wipe of your finger. You can also remove the wand assembly from the hose to check for debris or to soak the wand in a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution.

Can I get a kitchen faucet with high arc gooseneck spout that isn't 360° design, I would like it to have stops on the swivel?

Thank you for your question. At this time, the Delta 19957Z-SPSD-DST Faucet does not have a limited swivel option, nor do we have a stop for the swivel. We do have other high arc spout faucet models that have a limited swivel that limits the swivel 120°. Here is a link to these options:

Is this a less quality delta faucet because it is only found at Lowes?

I was told plumbing supply stores carry the same models as Lowes, but the the insides are made with higher quality parts (metal vs. plastic). That's why Lowes can sell for cheaper. is this correct?
