Took weeks to arrive from Lowes and pricepoint was awful. Installed and found sprayer head detached in box! Label on box list production date of 4/9/26. Sprayer head is in separate bag with part number and production date of 12/6/2019 .... ARE YOU KIDDING ME ... 7 YEARS OLD!
This faucet AND the exclusivity at LOWE'S is embarrassing! Save your money and sanity - shop at Amazon - they dont give you any crap about returns and their products were made in the last year!!!

regret purchasing this faucet. Within just a few months of normal use, the magnet corroded, and soon after the handle broke at the attachment point. For such an expensive product, the quality is shockingly poor. Cheap materials, disappointing durability-overall a waste of money. Do not buy.

Excellent pull down kitchen faucet
I bought this faucet more than a year from Lowe’s Store. It worked good, and I and my wife like it. Delta brand faucets are dependable, and life time warranty. I replaced all my 3 faucets in my house to all Delta brands because I trusted it.

Great Faucet, Awful Directions
We really love our new faucet. It is so much better than our old one and looks like it was always meant to be in our home. My only issue are the directions. I couldn't make any sense of them and the only way I was able install successfully was by going on YouTube. Without the video I found, I would have taken the faucet back.

The configuration of the spray holes on our spray head looks very different from the video for this model. Ours has holes on two outside edges of spray head, not around the entire circumference. Do you have a diagram showing the spray head configuration?

We have had this faucet for two years and suddenly we have lost almost all water pressure. Is there a component that I need to replace? I reviewed parts online but don’t have any idea what is wrong. We have no other problems for any other faucets

Thank you for your question. I am sorry you have low water flow through your faucet and I am happy to help.
Reduced flow is typically caused by debris. If only one side is affected, there is debris in the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Check flow from the faucet. If this does not help, please let us know.

I'm having unusually LOW water pressure. MUCH lower than I had with my last faucet which was also compliant to the low flow requirements of CA. My plumber is saying it's due to the hoses being "too thin" please help!

Can this faucet be installed for either left or right handed operation? We bought this one and contractor installed correctly, but I have disability that makes it hard to use right handed.

We just purchased a Delta 19957Z-SPSD-DST Faucet. The box says will fit 1, 2 ,3 or 4 hole sinks. We have a one hole sink. Do we cut off the black shanks of the escutcheon or is there an easy way to remove them?

I was told by a delta phone representative that I did not need a 2 1/2 inch backsplash clearance because the water handle moves 90 degrees forward. I only have once inch from the center of my present faucet to the backsplash. Will this faucet work?

Just purchased & install 4/24/19 & my wand seems to be missing a piece for the stream setting. There are grooves where it looks like a piece belongs but nothing is there. That setting is not a stream it sprays everywhere. How do I get a replacement wand?

The model I purchased has the Touch2O; however can the feature be disconnected if we have no desire to utilize that feature?

Thank you for your question. At this time, the Delta Valdosta Pull-Down Kitchen 19957Z-SPSD-DST Faucet is not available with Touch20 Technology. To turn a Touch2O faucets into a manual/regular unit, make sure handle is in the manual off position. First, unclip the pullout hose assembly from the bottom of the solenoid (hanging box with wires). Now, remove the clip, connected to the gray PEX plastic tube, above the solenoid box. This will allow you to remove the solenoid assembly from the spout tube. Lastly, securely push the pullout hose assembly onto the gray PEX tube and clip it in place. This will be the tube that you just removed the solenoid from. This will allow you to use your faucet as a regular unit faucet. Please feel free to call, email, or message us on social if there is anything else you need.

Is up supposed to be cold? For our previous delta faucet, forward was cold and back was hot. After the plumbers installed our new faucet, forward is hot. Back, which now stops in the up position, is cold. It’s backwards from what we’re used to.
