Took weeks to arrive from Lowes and pricepoint was awful. Installed and found sprayer head detached in box! Label on box list production date of 4/9/26. Sprayer head is in separate bag with part number and production date of 12/6/2019 .... ARE YOU KIDDING ME ... 7 YEARS OLD!
This faucet AND the exclusivity at LOWE'S is embarrassing! Save your money and sanity - shop at Amazon - they dont give you any crap about returns and their products were made in the last year!!!

Waste of money
regret purchasing this faucet. Within just a few months of normal use, the magnet corroded, and soon after the handle broke at the attachment point. For such an expensive product, the quality is shockingly poor. Cheap materials, disappointing durability-overall a waste of money. Do not buy.

I bought this faucet more than a year from Lowe’s Store. It worked good, and I and my wife like it. Delta brand faucets are dependable, and life time warranty. I replaced all my 3 faucets in my house to all Delta brands because I trusted it.

Great Faucet, Awful Directions
We really love our new faucet. It is so much better than our old one and looks like it was always meant to be in our home. My only issue are the directions. I couldn't make any sense of them and the only way I was able install successfully was by going on YouTube. Without the video I found, I would have taken the faucet back.

I have a leak coming from inside the faucet from the in feed house section. It drips down from inside the housing where the hot and cold feeds meet the hose that feeds back down and then up the faucet

Water Flow is low compared to previous faucet. We did the back flush at per the installation instructions. The unit is brand new.

I'm getting hot water out of the faucet, but no cold. I've unhooked the cold water line from the supply source and then turned the cold back on and water sprays out, but when I hook it back up I'm not getting cold water out of the head.
how do I remove flow restricter ? I just installed Valdosta faucet and water pressure went from high to very low. Please help

The handle came off. The set screw and the interior of the handle are fine. Seems that the set screw needs to be attached to a threaded insert, which is missing. Online specs don't describe this insert. Can I order only the insert, not the whole handle?

Instead of using threads in the handle, the handle screw attaches the handle by trapping the handle between the cartridge stem and the screw flange. See here for more information:

How do you fill the soap dispenser on the Valdosta kitchen faucet. Do you fill on the top side of sink or bottom side of sink

Our funnel fill the soap dispenser. The heads of our soap dispensers will lift straight off of the base. If you decide to purchase the funnel all you will have to do is put the funnel in the hole and fill it with soap.

How do you take the aerator apart to clean it?
The aerator can be removed with the wrench included with the faucet. We recommend soaking the aerator in 50/50 white vinegar and water to remove water deposits and debris.
A replacement aerator and wrench would be part number RP90248.

After installing this faucet in our home, we have found that hot water now takes a long time to come out of the tap. It is cold for a good minute. We can feel that there is warm/hot water in the copper line that feeds the faucet under the sink. Thoughts?

Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you.
The issue your experiencing with our Delta 19957Z-SPSD-DST hot supply could be caused by the hot water heater. We recommend turning the hot water heater down to 120 or lower, If this does not fix the issue we then would ask you to flush.
To flush the unit, we recommend the following:
Start with the easy stuff:
Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed.
If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is.
Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow.
If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet.
Next, check the supply lines for debris:
Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.
Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.
Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket.
Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.

The 1/8 inch Allen wrench does not work for the Valdosta 19957z-rbsd-dst.

If a 1/8" Allen wrench does not fit the handle screw, it may be stripped. I recommend using a rubber band between the screw and wrench to help it grip.

Hello, where can I buy a new handle. Ours broke after a couple of years of use. The mfg date is 8/8/2020 and it look like there is a 10year limited warranty on this. I would hope a handle would be covered in this being only a few years old.

How do you fill the soap dispenser?

To fill the soap dispenser, lift the head and pump assembly out of the bottle and pour not more than 8 oz. into the bottle. DO NOT remove the bottle each time as this weakens the neck. Pull the pump and head assembly out occasionally to soak and pump warm water through the pump to remove soap buildup. Note: Initially it may take up to 12 pumps to bring soap to the pump tip.

The Valdosta 19957z-rbsd-dst uses a Torx screw. All the Torx bits I have bought (T-10, T-15 and many more) do not fit.

A Torx bit should not be needed for installation or maintenance. The mounting hardware uses a Phillips screwdriver, and the handle screw uses a 1/8" hex key.

We purchased Delta's Valdosta kitchen faucet in December 2022. It worked fine for 6 months, but it just started leaking from the hot water line. Faucet on or off, water runs from inside the faucet housing down the supply line and into our cabinets.

What 's the gpm flow rate on model 19957z-spsd-dst. I just purchased from Lowe's and I the water pressure is way too strong. It's spatters everywhere. I also hear loud pipes water flow noise when I wash the dishes, which I never heard with ROHL faucet.
