Very handy all in one unit
So far, so good. Water pressure is fine and the adjustable nozzle is first rate. An added bonus: the 3/8-inch water hoses were 34 inches long, making connections to our existing plumbing easy.

Poor water flow.
I researched and looked at many models for my kitchen refresh. When it was installed with my new sink and counter top it was the icing on the cake. It has been down hill since. I purchased this in May and by November the water would hardly come out. I've had to take the head off and attempt to clean it numerous times. What is Delta's solution?

non splash spray isn't as advertised
I bought this for a kitchen remodel. The fingerprint resistant part is great so far. having some issues with the spray part of the faucet that is supposed to not splash. It doesn't seem to do as advertised. Otherwise seems to be functioning ok.

I bought this faucet to replace a Delta Saville faucet since we were getting all new Quartz counter tops and sink. I love the look of the Valdosta model much better then the Saville. Although both are Delta, and the Saville was great too, I think this one is much superior to th eold Delta I had. My husband and I just love the look, the quality and how the handle operates....oh and we love the spot shield option!! I chose not to use the soap dispenser option.

Everything I wanted, plus looks great!
We had our new Delta faucet installed a couple of weeks ago and are very happy with this faucet. Very easy operation. Love the look of it. One minor issue is that the sprayshield function doesn't work the way it should, but I think it's because we do not have enough water pressure in the hot water position. The spray shield forms properly on cold because we have more pressure in the cold position (I have no idea why). The problem is that the sprayshield is useful for washing dishes, but I use hot water when washing dishes, not cold. But, I really can't blame this on the faucet itself. It seems to be a water pressure issue. I did subtract one star from my review, though, because the spray function only sprays out of holes on two outer edges of the spray head, not from the entire radius. This results in a spray that has 2 streams on one side and 2 streams on the other, not all around the entire spray head. The configuration on this spray head is not the same as the one shown in the video for this model. The video shows the spray head with holes around the entire radius. I asked about this in the Q&A section, but they said that different models have different configurations. But, the model I have is the same one as in the video, so I'm perplexed. But, all things considered, I'm happy with this purchase.

To me, the toughest part of installing a faucet is tightening that nut under the sink. That was made much easier with the washer and special nut with side phillips screws.

Pull down head clogged w/sediment
Cannot find instructions on how to clear a clogged head. Does not appear to be easily disassembled for cleaning as a normal faucet aerator would. It takes a special wrench on the output side, but no access on the input side which is where it seems to be clogged.
Otherwise, It's been a great faucet, but the inability to not be able to clean it is a big NO.

Hi and Happy Near! My wife and I have what we believe to be a Delata “Valdosta” kitchen faucet and we absolutely LOVE it! The only problem is I cant locate the tool I need to tighten the set screw in the handle. What do I need and can you supply it?

Once the spray is selected does it only turn off at the handle, or can I switch between spray and full water stream with the button on the pull out? Also, is the pull out metal or plastic? Thanks.

Thank you for your question. The wand will remain on either spray or stream when you turn it back on depending on which mode was in use when you turned the faucet off. However, you would need to hold the ShieldSpray button for this feature. The sprayer/wand assembly of the Delta Valdosta Pull-Down Kitchen 19957Z-CZSD-DST faucet is non-metallic.

Where can I buy this faucet? It says sold at Lowes but Lowes website states no longer available. Same for the Home Depot exclusive faucet. Please advise as the 2 styles are what I am looking for in my kitchen in the champagne bronze.

We live in an area where calcium crystals builds up in the spray area. Can the the sprayer be taken apart to clean out these crystals?
Hello, Tom! Thank you for your question. The aerator can be removed for cleaning, and the Touch-Clean spray holes can be cleaned with a wipe of your finger. You can also remove the wand assembly from the hose to check for debris or to soak the wand in a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution.

Can I get a kitchen faucet with high arc gooseneck spout that isn't 360° design, I would like it to have stops on the swivel?

Is this a less quality delta faucet because it is only found at Lowes?

I was told plumbing supply stores carry the same models as Lowes, but the the insides are made with higher quality parts (metal vs. plastic). That's why Lowes can sell for cheaper. is this correct?
