PITIFUL PRODUCT!
Took weeks to arrive from Lowes and pricepoint was awful. Installed and found sprayer head detached in box! Label on box list production date of 4/9/26. Sprayer head is in separate bag with part number and production date of 12/6/2019 .... ARE YOU KIDDING ME ... 7 YEARS OLD!
This faucet AND the exclusivity at LOWE'S is embarrassing! Save your money and sanity - shop at Amazon - they dont give you any crap about returns and their products were made in the last year!!!

Waste of money
regret purchasing this faucet. Within just a few months of normal use, the magnet corroded, and soon after the handle broke at the attachment point. For such an expensive product, the quality is shockingly poor. Cheap materials, disappointing durability-overall a waste of money. Do not buy.

Excellent pull down kitchen faucet
I bought this faucet more than a year from Lowe’s Store. It worked good, and I and my wife like it. Delta brand faucets are dependable, and life time warranty. I replaced all my 3 faucets in my house to all Delta brands because I trusted it.

Great Faucet, Awful Directions
We really love our new faucet. It is so much better than our old one and looks like it was always meant to be in our home. My only issue are the directions. I couldn't make any sense of them and the only way I was able install successfully was by going on YouTube. Without the video I found, I would have taken the faucet back.

Redoing kitchen & 2 baths. Would like to keep all faucets matching style / color. Like the VALDOSTA® Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet & Soap Dispenser in Champagne Bronze. Do you have similar in bathroom faucets less the pull-down?
The 3/8" PEX line that connects to the hot water cutoff valve is leaking. I've disconnected the line to inspect and the rubber gasket (provided by Delta) is not very tight on the PEX line and I assume is the cause of the leak. Where can buy new gaskets?

I believe the aerator on the faucet head is clogged. I see posts that say I can remove the aerator but can’t figure out how. Can you please provide some instruction? Does it screw off from the bottom?

Some models of the VALDOSTA® Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet MODEL#: 19957Z-RBSD-DST are not supplied with an aerator or the wrench that was supplied with the faucet is required to remove the aerator. Please refer to the maintenance and installation guide for more details. I have attached the link below.

We have purchased this model from Lowe’s. We would like to use the soap dispenser for hand soap. Willit handle foaming hand soap?

Our Delta soap dispensers can use liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap, alcohol based hand-sanitizer, and even typical hand lotions. Foaming soap will pump from the soap dispenser but it will not foam.

If the Valdosta® Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet Model#: 19957Z-SPSD-DST leaks from under handle:
Remove the handle and cap using the supplied wrench, ensure the bonnet nut is tight. If the leak persists, shut off the water supplies, replace the valve cartridge. When reinstalling the parts, make sure the bonnet nut is tightened securely with a wrench.
If faucet leaks from the spout outlet, shut off the water supplies, replace the valve cartridge. When reinstalling the parts, make sure bonnet nut is tightened securely with a wrench. Failure to securely tighten the bonnet nut with a wrench could result in water damage.
A small amount of water may run out the spout or drip for a very short period after the faucet is shut off. This is a natural occurrence caused by the long flexible hose. Do not attempt to disassemble the cartridge. There are no repairable parts inside.

I have a Valdosta single handle kitchen faucet. I only have a dribble out of the faucet. I have removed the screen with no resolution. I did notice when I move the wand bottoms there is no click. Could this be my problem?

I have this faucet for a few years. I noticed a leak. Water drops are running down the gray water line hose. They appear to be coming from up inside the faucet. Advice/ suggestions are appreciated.

Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you.
If you are having a leaking issue, we would recommend flushing the faucet, wiping the puck under the cartridge, and making sure the bonnet is tight. Please see the step-by-step instructions below, these can also be found on page 5 of the M&I.

To flush the unit, we recommend the following:
Start with the easy stuff:
Check the supply lines:
Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.
Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.
Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket.
Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply, then do this with the hot waterside.
Once the flush has been done, please reconnect both water lines. Lastly, insert a small screwdriver into the slot in the button and remove it. Loosen the set screw inside the handle. Remove handle. Remove cap by rotating counterclockwise.
Bonnet may be stiff due to O-ring but should rotate by hand. Remove the bonnet
nut by rotating counterclockwise with a wrench. Remove the cartridge by
pulling it directly back on the stem. Take a soft cloth and wipe the puck located behind the cartridge, let the cartridge soak in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water for about 10 minutes before reassembling. This should fix the leak you are having, but if you find the issue remains, the cartridge would need to be replaced.
