I have had this installed for a couple of weeks and so far we have been happy with it. I will say I was surprised that the water lines were not no burst lines but more of a plastic line that is harder to flex under sink. Even the old builders grade Moen I replaced had the better flex lines .

Love the Sprayer!
I installed this past weekend, replacing a "VIGO" which I will NEVER, EVER purchase again. I remodeled my kitchen last year and should have gone with Delta to begin with...LESSON LEARNED! Very simple to install...took about 2 hours, but only because I was working around a slide out basket that I had installed. Should have taken about 1/2 hour to remove old & install new...yes, that simple & quick!

Decent faucet so far
We bought this faucet because it met our requirements including a magnetic attachment for the pullout sprayer. I wish we did not have to pay for the soap dispenser that we will not use and all the parts to mount the faucet in other configurations.

So far nice quality piece
Got rid of the cheap kitchen faucet the builder put in because it’s almost impossible to find parts for it. What sold us is the warranty and delta covers parts for free. Installation was simple, and love the upgrade so far. Also noticed that this faucet also seems to have better pressure to rinse of dishes.

Hi and Happy Near! My wife and I have what we believe to be a Delata “Valdosta” kitchen faucet and we absolutely LOVE it! The only problem is I cant locate the tool I need to tighten the set screw in the handle. What do I need and can you supply it?

Once the spray is selected does it only turn off at the handle, or can I switch between spray and full water stream with the button on the pull out? Also, is the pull out metal or plastic? Thanks.

Thank you for your question. The wand will remain on either spray or stream when you turn it back on depending on which mode was in use when you turned the faucet off. However, you would need to hold the ShieldSpray button for this feature. The sprayer/wand assembly of the Delta Valdosta Pull-Down Kitchen 19957Z-CZSD-DST faucet is non-metallic.

Where can I buy this faucet? It says sold at Lowes but Lowes website states no longer available. Same for the Home Depot exclusive faucet. Please advise as the 2 styles are what I am looking for in my kitchen in the champagne bronze.

We live in an area where calcium crystals builds up in the spray area. Can the the sprayer be taken apart to clean out these crystals?
Hello, Tom! Thank you for your question. The aerator can be removed for cleaning, and the Touch-Clean spray holes can be cleaned with a wipe of your finger. You can also remove the wand assembly from the hose to check for debris or to soak the wand in a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution.

Can I get a kitchen faucet with high arc gooseneck spout that isn't 360° design, I would like it to have stops on the swivel?

Thank you for your question. At this time, the Delta 19957Z-SPSD-DST Faucet does not have a limited swivel option, nor do we have a stop for the swivel. We do have other high arc spout faucet models that have a limited swivel that limits the swivel 120°. Here is a link to these options:

I was told plumbing supply stores carry the same models as Lowes, but the the insides are made with higher quality parts (metal vs. plastic). That's why Lowes can sell for cheaper. is this correct?
