Love this faucet and Love Delta
I have had this faucet for over 5 years and love it. It was very easy for me to install it without professional help. You never have to worry what item number the faucet was because they put a tag on the water supply line with a QR Code. Amazing. I had a small issue with the handle and Delta has gone above and beyond in customer support to ensure it was resolved.
*****I bought this faucet for the looks, and Delta will ensure I have it for life.****

Nice Faucet
Purchased about 2 months ago. Like the design of the faucet. Surface resists water spots, magnet in faucet head works well. Don't use the "glass cleaner" setting. The water lines must be smaller than the faucet I had before because the water flow is much slower which makes it take a little more time to fill a pot or wash my dogs.

I have had this faucet for a year and it’s now leaking, I emailed customer service with the problem and they are sending me a “valve, euro, short stem with screw. I don’t see that in the parts list, will it come with instructions to replace?

Is the finish on this faucet a satin nickle finish? In the picture is appears to be. But the color says stainless which is not really a satin nickle finish.

How does one remove the head (sprayer assembly) from the hose on this model?
Thank you for your question, Susie44! The hose connection will include a small button that acts as a locking mechanism. This will need to be pressed in while unscrewing the wand.
