Let's do dishes!
Installation was easier than I thought it would be! Very sleek design. The only thing I don't really care for is the soap dispenser, which you have to go under and unscrew the bottle every time you need to refill. Other than that, I love having a sprayer attached to my faucet and not struggle pulling it out.

We love this faucet! It has three different spray functions & we love the scour feature. It looks so nice installed. The sprayer comes out & clicks back in nicely. The only minor thing we don’t love is that the handles range of motion isn’t as big as we’d like, so it’s kind of hard to know if you have it on cold vs warm.

Beautiful Faucet, Solid design and Works great!
I would give this faucet 5 stars, but directions weren't very clear. That being said, it's not that difficult to figure out installation without any directions. It was my first DIY faucet installation and I was able to navigate the directions.

Wrong instructions
When I unpacked this faucet, I found the instruction book did not match the faucet I purchased. So, I thought I'd just look online and request an instruction book for this Anderson 19998Z-BLSD-DST faucet. To my dismay, the reviews on this faucet are filled with complaints about the instructions being generic and not matching the purchase. I'm packing it up and going back to Lowes to swap it for a Moen which is filled with reviews that say "easy to install."

The included generic instructions were not helpful at all. Terrible in fact .... It makes no mention on how to hook up Faucet's the water lines without a sprayer. No instructions on the vital "Blue Clip" needed to connect the water lines.

TERRIBLE INSTALL
Love the look of the faucet but the install and instructions were terrible. Pieces were missing, there are parts that were not explained in the steps. Also the install videos that are from delta are no help at all. I would have returned the faucet if the store was open when we had the sink apart.

Nice, but missing pieces
I brought this two weeks ago, installed it with some difficulties. The manual is hard to follow. Also I have a center mount install and pieces are missing, the washer nut and trim ring. Within a week it began to loosen.

Good except
Just installed this faucet and it should have been easier than it was. The instructions are probably the worst I’ve seen in my entire life and they included instructions for other Delta models which made it 10x more confusing. Overall it’s a solid faucet but sheesh, put the instructions needed for a the specific model purchased in the box and not for all your models.

An excellent Facuet at a quality price.
After a month of research I stumbled upon a search for the best Kitchen Sink faucet to replace mine that was only 5 years old. The "This Old House" stated the Delta Faucet was one of the best products for the best price. The quality was also consistent for a time known brand. I attest to the fact this faucet is superior, easy to install, sturdy and beautiful. My wife absolutely loves it. The price quoted on the Internet was lower than the one at Lowe's locally and they gladly honored the offer.

How do I clean the screens on my pull down sprayer?

It is possible this issue can be resolved by cleaning the ANDERSON™ Pulldown Kitchen Faucet (Recertified) MODEL#: 19998Z-BLSD-DST-R. We recommend you to try soaking the product in a 50/50 solution of water and white distilled vinegar. This could break up any possible calcium buildup inside.

I bought a Delta Anderson matte black off of an online platform, claiming it was new, and the packaging was tape sealed and looked legitimate. Upon further inspection, I don't see "delta" on the faucet anywhere and wondered if you put that on all products

Some of the pictures of this faucet have "Delta" on the base and other pictures do not. Our DST faucets will typically have a tag on the supply line showing the model number and date of manufacture.

Does recertification mean previously used?

Recertified means returns sent by dealers. The product has been examined to confirm that product is in like-new condition, and the product & parts have never been installed and all parts are included. In nearly all instances, the box was never opened. The packaging may show signs of wear. This may also be referred to as Recommerce.

I bought this faucet on July2024 from Low's. Can I return the product after installation?The faucet has a defect not automatically going up after pulling it down for moving it around the sink. Also I paid $234 and noticed it cost $148 online.

To first troubleshoot this issue, I recommend checking if anything is interfering with the hose under the sink. The included weight for the hose helps retract the hose when the spray head is docked by hand. The spray head is not intended to dock hands-free.
If the faucet was not purchased through Deltafaucet.com, returns would need to be handled where the faucet was purchased.

My faucet has very low pressure and I am trying to locate the screen to rule that out. Where can I locate the screen? I see tried to answer this question previously but the answer said to just soak the nozzle. Please give more details.
