Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hard installation I was super excited for this faucet because of the sleek and modern design to upgrade my kitchen, however the instillation process was difficult and my husband couldn’t figure it out. But I will say I love delta products they’re great and last a long time

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Let's do dishes! Installation was easier than I thought it would be! Very sleek design. The only thing I don't really care for is the soap dispenser, which you have to go under and unscrew the bottle every time you need to refill. Other than that, I love having a sprayer attached to my faucet and not struggle pulling it out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Functional and sleek I absolutely love this faucet. It is sleek and beautiful. I love the three different water options and the hose is long and never leaks. Installation was easier than expected based on others reviews. I’d highly recommend this faucet to upgrade your kitchen

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great! We love this faucet! It has three different spray functions & we love the scour feature. It looks so nice installed. The sprayer comes out & clicks back in nicely. The only minor thing we don’t love is that the handles range of motion isn’t as big as we’d like, so it’s kind of hard to know if you have it on cold vs warm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Modern This sink faucet by Delta looks really nice and modern and works really well. I love how it has a sprayer to easily spray things down and clean and I love how sleek the handle is and overall just how modern it is.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible directions I bought Delta specifically because they have quality products and offer a lifetime warranty. When I opened the box, I thought I had received the wrong instructions, but based on other reviews, it appears Delta is now giving generic instructions for its faucets that don't show a parts list or give step by step instructions on your specific product. Delta instead gives instructions for a different faucet, with different parts, that is installed in a different way, which makes the included instructions useless. I am confused and disappointed. Please take the time to write instructions for the installers. And please, Delta comm folks, don't reply and state that you understand how frustrating this must be. Instead show these and all the other comments from unhappy Delta customers to your leadership so they understand that this cost cutting measure is not working. Please include relevant instructions as the majority of these faucets are installed by overweight dads with bad backs who don't need another reason to swear.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful Faucet, Solid design and Works great! I would give this faucet 5 stars, but directions weren't very clear. That being said, it's not that difficult to figure out installation without any directions. It was my first DIY faucet installation and I was able to navigate the directions.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ok Faucet, The Worst Direction I Have Ever Seen As far as the faucet goes it is fine. Does the job of what a kitchen faucet should do. I had read the previous reviews about the terrible instructions so I got on line and downloaded the model specific instructions. Glad I did because the instructions in the box were not for the same faucet I bought, so I immediately threw them away. I was somewhat surprised to see how difficult the instructions in the downloaded one was though. I would have thought a company like Delta would have looked into this after over a year of complaints and made some kind of change or fix. Especially for a reputable company like Delta and for a faucet that retails for so much money. I have gotten better instructions from Amazon purchases. Way to not really care about the consumer. Fortunately I have experience installing many plumbing fixtures so it was not difficult to figure out. But for a regular home owner you may want to steer clear of this faucet if you rely very much on clear instructions. My hope is that it will last as Delta does have a good reputation for quality products.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wrong directions The directions that come with it do not match the parts that come with it . Also the directions are confusing .

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wrong instructions When I unpacked this faucet, I found the instruction book did not match the faucet I purchased. So, I thought I'd just look online and request an instruction book for this Anderson 19998Z-BLSD-DST faucet. To my dismay, the reviews on this faucet are filled with complaints about the instructions being generic and not matching the purchase. I'm packing it up and going back to Lowes to swap it for a Moen which is filled with reviews that say "easy to install."

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great faucet terrible directions. Please improve on your directions. They are way too confusing. Luckily I'm an engineer and figured out how to install the thing.
Date published: 2023-01-24
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Installation instructions are useless The included instructions and online resources are utterly useless. So useless in fact that I packed this back up and returned it to Lowes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Installation Instructions/Videos - Worthless Thank goodness for Cecosugi"s post! I never would have figured this one out. Delta...You guys need to fix this issue immediately. The installation instructions do not specifically address the included parts. Additionally, none of your installation videos are helpful for this faucet either. Either make a video and instruction booklet to address these parts or recall this overpriced product!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Installation tips I never write reviews. But here I am, writing a review, because I ALMOST gave up on this faucet. I'm pretty handy, so when I was frustrated, it made me feel stupid every time I saw these "easy installation" videos. The fact is, it would be an easy installation if you had written instructions that matched the product, and had a "here's what's in the box, and here's when you would use it" page. So here's what I learned, the hard way. First, there's not a riser for on top of the counter, like the instructions show. There IS a very flimsy piece of plastic with a circle that fits the screw column, with another space that the hoses go through. It's really more of a thin spacer. Better than nothing? Sure. The question on everyone's mind is: where's the "u" bracket? There isn't one like they show in the videos. There IS a 2 part metal and plastic bracket with 2 screws. After several trial and error situations, and going back to the store to see what piece I was missing, I figured it out. Even though those two pieces are taped together, you have to separate them before you put them on. The metal piece slides horizontally off of the plastic piece. Then you take the plastic piece and shove it on the screw column. It doesn't act like it's going to go on, it acts like you're supposed to screw it on. But it would be impossible to screw it on, especially after you've got it stuck through the hole in your countertop and you're underneath your sink. There's not even enough room to do it. So before you stick it through the hole in the countertop, separate the plastic/metal piece and shove the plastic piece on the screw column. Then you'll have a feel for how hard you have to shove and wiggle it onto the screw column when you're underneath the sink. Then feed the hoses and such through the countertop hole and crawl back under the sink. Feed the flexible hose through the plastic piece, screw heads down, and wiggle the plastic piece up. When you've got the plastic piece almost all the way snug, then you take that metal piece and slide it back in, horizontally. There's a groove that it catches under. Then you can screw the brass nut on all the way tight. Then you screw the two screws that are in the plastic piece. After that, it's smooth sailing. You just screw on your water hoses, hot-to-hot, cold-to-cold, and put your weight on the flexible sprayer hose, and snap that piece in to the shortest hose. Then you take that blue piece--that isn't mentioned in the instructions--and snap it over that connection for your sprayer hose.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Review for Faucet 19998z BLD DST The included generic instructions were not helpful at all. Terrible in fact .... It makes no mention on how to hook up Faucet's the water lines without a sprayer. No instructions on the vital "Blue Clip" needed to connect the water lines.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TERRIBLE INSTALL Love the look of the faucet but the install and instructions were terrible. Pieces were missing, there are parts that were not explained in the steps. Also the install videos that are from delta are no help at all. I would have returned the faucet if the store was open when we had the sink apart.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice, but missing pieces I brought this two weeks ago, installed it with some difficulties. The manual is hard to follow. Also I have a center mount install and pieces are missing, the washer nut and trim ring. Within a week it began to loosen.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but missing peice It's a nice faucet and does the job but we are missing a peice trying to get a new one waiting on customers service
Date published: 2022-08-26
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good except Just installed this faucet and it should have been easier than it was. The instructions are probably the worst I’ve seen in my entire life and they included instructions for other Delta models which made it 10x more confusing. Overall it’s a solid faucet but sheesh, put the instructions needed for a the specific model purchased in the box and not for all your models.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaks a lot! Not a lot of pressure This faucet looks great but the valves break a lot and it always needs cleaning. Too much of a hassle.
Date published: 2021-05-04
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hate this faucet This is by far the worst faucet we have ever had. The adjustment to hot and cold is very difficult to control. It is extremely hot or extremely cold. A mid-point setting is near impossible to achieve. Would not recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An excellent Facuet at a quality price. After a month of research I stumbled upon a search for the best Kitchen Sink faucet to replace mine that was only 5 years old. The "This Old House" stated the Delta Faucet was one of the best products for the best price. The quality was also consistent for a time known brand. I attest to the fact this faucet is superior, easy to install, sturdy and beautiful. My wife absolutely loves it. The price quoted on the Internet was lower than the one at Lowe's locally and they gladly honored the offer.
