Hello Delta, I just installed the 21716LF-SS. I didn't notice until I was finished that the set screws for the hot and cold handles were missing. Could you provide the size and thread count for the set screws? And, are they stainless as well? Thank you

I just bought the Delta Lorain 21716LF.  At what point in the installation process do I use the sealant tape and silicone sealant that are suggested as part of the installation?

How do you adjust the set screw in the stems. The faucet dripped right out of the box. I've tried turning set screw both ways and still drips. Turn in all the way and back out 3 turns or out all the ways and turn s crew in??

Besides just cleaning the unit as stated in the owners manual, is there any recommended cleaners that would remove stubborn water marks in the finish?

Hi DJW000, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Always blot any water from the LORAIN® Kitchen Faucet MODEL#: 21716LF surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. Use warm water and a soft, damp cloth to remove water spots. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All-Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use. Avoid using the following which can damage your finish: · Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner, Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner. Avoid bleach-based cleaners. · Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust, and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric, and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents. · Avoid harsh abrasives or polishes. I have a Lorain 21716 LF faucet. I noticed that sometimes the spout moves up slightly when I turn the water on, and then moves back down when I turn the water off. It doesn't leak at all, and it doesn't do it all the time. Is this a problem?

Model 21716LF installed 12-10-2021. Unit leaks under the bell that base, and under the base plate. I replaced the Bushing & O-Rings with kit (RP81851) as recommended but it sill leaks. How do you remove the Diverter Assy (RP41702)?

I need to install a PUR filter on the faucet, but cannot unscrew the aerator to put the adaptor and filter on because it is so tight. Do you have any suggestions on getting it off? I rent and it's a brand new replacement.

I have a portable dishwasher that uses a snap on connector that I replace the aerator with. The standard adapter 15/16” male or 55/64” female is too big for this faucet. Can you tell me what size adapter I need? What is the size of this aerator?? Thanks!
