I purchased this product on 12-29-19 and my sprayer that connects under the sink where the two rubber rings are. Should these o-rings have gone bad this fast and can I just replace them and would that correct the problem? Can these o-rings be replaced

After installing new faucet, model 21716LF, instead of handles pulling towards you to turn on water they push away towards wall. Doesn't seem right. Even tried to rotate around & they still push away towards wall instead of pulling forward.

Hi, Lojo2018! Thank you for your question. The handles have an 'H' and a 'C' labeled on the bottom of each handle. Make sure the 'H' handle is on the left and the 'C' handle is on the right. We also recommend to verify the orientation of the stem unit assemblies within the valves, under the handles. Here is a link to the instruction manual. Our sprayer started leaking at the bottom. Should I replace the whole sprayer or just the o-rings inside?

Hi. I just installed this onto a granite countertop. Everything works great but am I suppose to use silicone the plastic plate under the faucet?? When I wash the faucet or countertop water is getting underneath the unit and dripping into the cabinet.

I purchased a Delta Model: Lorain 21716LF faucet. Is there supposed to be an Aerator removal tool included? I could not find one. I need to flush the line.

Are you sure that the bell shaped part where the water comes out can be unscrewed ? I'm having a very hard time trying to get it off. Your rep told me to soak it in 50% white vinegar and 50% water. I don't remember for how long. Please advise. Thanks

When I turn my faucet on it pulses. The faster the water the higher it pulses and the slower the water the slower it pulses. I can take the tip (with the screen in it) off the faucet and it runs fine. How can I get the pulsing to stop?

Is the Delta Adapter RP51505 being replaced with a new part number? I am under the impression that adapter is required to connect a Farberware 21 inch counter dishwasher, yet the stated part number is proving difficult to find.
