When I looked at my Order confirmation document, it didn't specify the part number, so I didn't know the one without the sprayer was ordered. I need the one with the sprayer. What can I do now?

This faucet was a piece of cake to install, looks amazing and functions with a smoothness I've been longing for! Make sure to put a bucket under there when installing to catch trapped water and use plumber's tape to seal all threads. I've no doubt this faucet is going to last many, many years.

I love the night of it because it makes it easy to get the larger dishes under it to clean. It was very easy to install, myself and my husband did it in less than 1 hour.

I like to know if the Aerator is replaceable so that I can change the aerator when its getting clog or dirty. thank you

I have a PUR faucet mounted water filter. Will that be too heavy and cause seal/gasket leaks with high arc? If so, what type would be best with a faucet mounted water filter? And what type and finish is best with very hard water?

Does this faucet have a threaded spout (for attaching washer hose)?

Is the faucet aerator removable?  I have a water filter that connects directly  to the faucet.  I would need to be able to unscrew the aerator and  attach the filter adaptor but need to make sure the aerator is removable.

Are the connections to the water supply lines metal or plastic, or do these come with water supply lines already attached?

What are the reasons for recertification? Were they damaged prior to recertification? Can you please give me some examples.

Does the 21987LF-R have plastic internal parts or is it all metal? I noticed this is sold in Lowes and typically they are cheaper models made with plastic parts.
