Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very stylish The faucet is a great price for the quality you get. It is stylish and looks great in my kitchen. Very easy to install. It's a little smaller than my previous faucet which was the Windemere. I like Delta products because whenever I have had a problem customer service was always helpful and they stand behind their warranty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product I just love it. The water flows softly, I can now wash big pots and pans with room to spare.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks good, handles feel like quality The hand held hose sprayer is weak. It’s a fan like spray and my older Delta was much better. It had a direct powerful spray. I found out after my purchase that I could have gotten delta free replacement washers and things replaced via you guarantee I am still thinking of replacing this new faucet & hand sprayer ..it’s frustrating by comparison! Yet, I have got to figure out how to determine the sprayer function direct vs fan spray before I blow more cash. 🫩😤🤷🏻‍♂️

Rated 2 out of 5 by from not enough pressure sucks must have restriction valve in it not good pressure
Date published: 2026-02-01
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice, but... Nice, but it lowered my water pressure. Also, you have to almost turn the faucets on full power before the water comes out and if you want warm water you almost have to turn both hot and cold on full speed. I like the material the hose is made of, but not enough pressure when using. I hope the sprayer holds up because my last faucet's sprayer I had to replace almost every month. It was a Moen.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor craftsmanship We bought this product to replace our kitchen sink faucet, also a Delta, because the sprayer hose connector broke. We bought That faucet in January 2025. , from Lowes We bought a replacement hose there that was supposed to be a replacement for that specific faucet, we still had the box. The adapter for the end nearest the drain was too small. We had no choice but to go buy a brand new faucet kit. It was extremely frustrating

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Replacement Faucet Bought to replace an American-Standard kitchen faucet which was plagued with O-ring issues that finally gave out and sprayed water to the ceiling. We found this faucet at Home Depot and installation was a breeze. Because of the hard water in New Orleans, water spots were always present and eventually diminished the chrome finish. This DELTA looks great and and keeps a great looking appearance despite the hard tap water. I will however, coat the threaded hardware with a water-repelling grease to prevent the chlorine from seizing the threads. After all, one day the hot and cold valves will have to be replaced.

I rent & handyman sent by property management co. replaced kitchen faucet with model #21988LF. Compared to previous faucet, hot water flow is VERY weak & cold is fine. Handyman says all new hoses are good, no leaks. Could problem be inside the new faucet?

Asked by: Lora
Hi Lora, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. Our Delta Faucet FOUNDATIONS® Two Handle Kitchen Faucet With Spray In Chrome MODEL#: 21988LF would need to be flushed, debris or blockage could cause the faucet to have lower than normal flow. Please see the step-by-step instructions below. Please shut water supplies off before starting this process. Remove handles by turning the handle base counterclockwise, next you will now see a bonnet nut, please remove it with your wrench. Please take note of how your stem units are installed in the valve. Please lift straight up to pull the stem units out and If you look into the valve, you should see a seat and spring. Please pull these pieces out before we flush. Next, place the towel behind the back of the faucet, then put the bucket over the top of the towel. Have someone turn the cold water supply on for about 30 seconds to a minute. After this, shut the cold water off and move the bucket and towel to the hot side, flush that out as well. Lastly, remove the aerator and soak with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for about 15 minutes, and make sure to rinse the aerator off with water when completed. My spray hose is not flowing well. It makes a noise when you try to use it . What part needs to be replaced ?

Asked by: Heather
Hi Valued Customer, Thank you for your question, please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We will be happy to assist you in resolving this issue as quickly as possible. We recommend flushing the valve; it will allow the removal of debris in the lines which is causing the hammer noise. Here are the steps for flushing your faucet: Please shut water supplies off before starting this process. You will need a 1/8” Allen wrench, a towel, and a bucket. 1. Please start but shutting off the water to both hold and cold supplies, and then put the handle in the on position to drain the water from the faucet. (This will also ensure the shut-off is complete off.). 2. Please remove your handle with the 1/8" Allen wrench. There may be a blue/red button cover that can be removed with a sharp nail file or tweezers. 4. Please pull the handle off of the cap, which can be unthreaded from the body. This should only be hand tight, but if you need to use a tool, we would recommend a strap wrench. (soaking a rag in 50/50 solution and wrapping around anything too tight will help loosen up the threads) 6. You will now see the Cam & Packing and stem to the ball assemble. Please remove these. 7. If you look into the valve, you should see a seat and spring that would need to be removed. Use the Allen wrench to place inside the seat and spring and tilt and pull out. Next, you would need to remove the spout body, please use a side-to-side motion as you pull up on the spout body. Once the spout body has been removed, use that same Allen wrench for the seat and spring removal to push the diverter out from the inside. At this time, I recommend placing all the parts into a bowl for reassembling. 8. Place the towel around the faucet on the counter and the bucket over the valve where you removed all the internal parts. Please turn both water supplies on. Please flush the faucet out for about 30 seconds to a minute. 9. After this, shut the hot and cold supplies off, reassemble and check for the flow and hammer sound. Please feel free to contact us directly for technical or warranty information at 800-345-3358. We are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer.
