Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Faucet Overall, it’s a pretty good product. I’ve used them before, right now I’m having a problem I thought was with the aerator, but it seems to be coming through the thread. I put new washers on it. It still does it today. I just bought a new aerator and it’s doing the same thing so I think it’s the faucet part itself the threading.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very stylish The faucet is a great price for the quality you get. It is stylish and looks great in my kitchen. Very easy to install. It's a little smaller than my previous faucet which was the Windemere. I like Delta products because whenever I have had a problem customer service was always helpful and they stand behind their warranty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product I just love it. The water flows softly, I can now wash big pots and pans with room to spare.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks good, handles feel like quality The hand held hose sprayer is weak. It’s a fan like spray and my older Delta was much better. It had a direct powerful spray. I found out after my purchase that I could have gotten delta free replacement washers and things replaced via you guarantee I am still thinking of replacing this new faucet & hand sprayer ..it’s frustrating by comparison! Yet, I have got to figure out how to determine the sprayer function direct vs fan spray before I blow more cash. 🫩😤🤷🏻‍♂️

Asked by: FLFoundations
Hi FLFoundations, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue. To flush the FOUNDATIONS® MODEL#: 21988LF-SS remove the aerator. Turn faucet handles all the way on. Turn on hot and cold water supplies and flush water lines for one minute. You can also soak the sprayer in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. This flushes away any debris that could cause damage to internal parts. Check all connections at arrows for leaks. Replace aerator. Please reach out with further questions! After installing a duck Delta Fossett in the kitchen the side sprayer became very noisy in the water turn on.The side sprayer holder became cracked due to over tightening and correction of the problem. Can you replace?

Asked by: Frank

Installed 3 months ago. Within 2 days the sprayer began to drip when faucet is on and there sounds like air in the line, a thump every couple of seconds. If I use the sprayer the thumping goes away. Plumber was no help in fixing it. What could it be?

Asked by: Bkennedy
Hello! Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Reduced flow and loud squeaking sounds can be caused by debris, which can get caught in a few different areas of the faucet. Please shut water supplies off before starting this process. You will need a 1/8” Allen wrench if you have lever handles, a Philips screwdriver if you have knob handles, needle nose pliers, a quarter, a towel, and a bucket. 1. We will flush the diverter first; remove the spout, unthread the spout bonnet counterclockwise, and pull straight up to remove it. Inside you will see a black plastic piece that is the diverter. 2. Place your quarter in the slots on the diverter and take your needle nose pliers to twist it out counterclockwise. 3. Place the bucket behind the spout and around ONE of the handles. Turn both water supplies on. Please flush this out for about 30 seconds to a minute. To flush the valves: 4. Remove your handle with the 1/8" Allen wrench if you have a lever or remove the top cap to reveal the Philips screw if you have a knob handle. 5. Pull the handle off of the stem unit. 6. Remove the bonnet nut with your wrench. 7. Before removing the rest of the parts, verify the orientation of the stem. Lift straight up to pull the stem units out. 8. If you look into the valve, you should see a seat and spring. Pull these pieces out before we flush. 9. Place a towel around the back of your entire faucet, and place the bucket on top of the towel to catch excess water. 10. Have someone turn the cold water supply on for about 30 seconds to a minute. After this, shut the cold water off and move the bucket and towel to the hot side, flush that out as well. We appreciate your inquiry. Please reach out directly if you have further questions!
