Easy to install
I had the opportunity to try out the Delta Windemere Two Handle Kitchen
Faucet in Chrome for free in exchange for my opinion. I’m a woman of simplicity. I don’t like overly complicated things. This is a nice chrome faucet that has the regular hot and cold handles. It also comes with the spray handle that lets you reach to every bit of the sink. The spray has nice pressure and it gets the job done. It’s easy to clean and there is no streaks left behind when ever I clean it. We installed it right away when it came in and it’s been in constant use for about a month so I can definitely say it’s durable. I wouldn’t trade it for any other brand. I like the water pressure. I like the simple esthetic and I like the chrome color! It’s a 10/10 for me. I have yet to find anything that I don’t like about it. Plus it looks good with my leaf background. Definitely recommend!

I just love my new Delta two handled kitchen faucet. This high quality faucet is from my favorite brand. It is beautiful. The chrome finish is shiny, and sleek. My husband said it was easy to install, with easy to follow instructions that even a novice could understand. It is easy to clean, and beautiful to look at. It is durable, and works well. I love the fact that Delta faucets are affordable, and have all of the designer looks. It matches my stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, and pulls the room together.

Delta Faucet with Side Sprayer
This product was sent to me in exchange for my honest review.
The Delta faucet is shiny chrome in color/finish. It complements my sink very well, which needed a replacement from the more matte leaning hardware that looked a bit mismatched. Overall, I do like the appearance much better than I originally thought.
The faucet handles move with ease and feel sturdy. The curved design lends to a good grip.
There is a good “resistance” to the goose necked spout itself. It moves easily side to side, but will stay in place and not sway or drift away.
The nozzle handle (or side sprayer) feels of a slightly lesser quality than the spout - appears like it is coated plastic. When pressing the “trigger” it is a little clicky (noisy) - just a minor observation, but does not affect use. It has a nice grip and feels comfortable in my hand. It is easy to maneuver and reach all areas of my sink. When not in use, the “Side Sprayer” has support and fits well in its “cradle”.
The installation process took (in total, excluding a small break) approximately 2.5 hours (by myself for most of the process with intermediate, but confident, experience in plumbing projects). I had a friend take a second look over the installation before turning the water main back on.
The water flows nicely through both the faucet and spray nozzle. (No sputtering).
No leaking from spout or nozzle so far. I do question the longevity of spray nozzle hose (quality) as it is feels like a hard plastic/synthetic polymer. It does feel pretty sturdy, but I am personally used to a metal wrapped/coated hose with indentations that allow it to bend.
Overall I am pleased with how it turned out. Packaged well, as seen in picture, with all parts included.

Great value, easy installation
I got the product from influenster. The faucet is in standard size so it fits my sink perfectly. The installation is super simple, it took my husband 20’ at most to install it. The material is heavy and sturdy. For its current price range, this is a good pick.

Delta Windermere kitchen faucet
I am incredibly disappointed in this faucet. I realize it is an inexpensive model, but it should hold up better than it has. It was professionally installed in late August 2025 at about double the cost of the faucet. The spout is now loose and wobbly and today the hot water handle is loose.

Delta works great but limited water flow
I replaced a Peerless faucet with this one because I could no longer obtain parts for the Peerless. The Peerless had much better water flow and a higher, deeper reach for my kitchen sink. This Delta is adequate and works great but I miss the additional water flow and reach.

I had Delta Lewiston faucet in my kitchen for 12 years. I never had a leak. It was a heavy duty faucet. However, earlier this year, the cold water handle was hard to turn and there were deposits on the outside. The hot water one was fine but it was starting to flake, break down and deteriorate. I knew it was time for a new one. I couldn't find my receipt and I couldn't remember if I sent the registration card in. I really wanted the Windemere faucet. My local Lowe's didn't have it so I went online to Amazon. How can I register if I don't have a receipt? I bought the Windemere kitchen faucet and bathroom faucet since that one was leaking- not a Delta. I love the look of them but I'm very disappointed with the kitchen one , especially. It is extremely lightweight and I'm afraid it won't last. We use the kitchen sink hard. The Lewiston withstood heavy use and abuse and never leaked or gave me a problem for 12 years and it was very well built and a heavy and larger faucet than the Windemere. Also on both the kitchen and bathroom of the Windemere- the handles seem so cheaply made that I am very careful turning them off and on so I don't break them. And the kitchen one seems wobbly. I'm very worried about both of these faucets. All I want is durability and for them to last as long as possible without the need for a lot of repairs. I don't care about looks or the latest bells and whistles. I just want it to work with the least amount of headaches. I don't know how to do plumbing and I don't have a lot of extra money for a plumber. I guess I should have bought another Lewiston. When I read the reviews on Windemere, I get more upset and discouraged.

A Workhorse Faucet
I never believe in writing reviews right away. I installed this faucet in June, 2011 and removed it in August, 2021. First item to go was the sprayer. Replaced that and that lasted a month or two before it wouldn't spray. That new spray handle costs a lot. So you're saying I got my money's worth? Not really. It replaced a faucet that was installed in 1975. I replaced the bathroom sink five years before and it's still going strong. None were Delta. Literally the inner parts of the faucet fell apart. They have this limited lifetime warranty but it's a hassle.

Can this be installed without the sprayer?

Thank you for your question. You may cap off the hose connection under the faucet if you do not wish to use the sprayer. Depending on the code on the back of the faucet, you will either need a 1/2" threaded cap (413763) or the RP60295 (413763-A),

The aerator for this faucet broke. If I use the standard aerator from home depot I can't put the bronze end back on. Please advise what kind of aerator I can use with this

Is there a cap off for sink spray if don't want the sprayer?

Thank you for your question. You can cap off the valve end so that you don't have to use the sprayer for this faucet. To know what cap to use for your faucet, you will want to look at the back of the faucet for the supplier code. If your supplier code says 413763-A and has a square end, you will need cap part number RP60295. If your supplier code says 413763 (without an 'A'), you will need cap part number RP40301. How do I replace the seats and seals on this faucet? Does the cap come off of the handles? And how?
Big news for your advice regarding removal of the button on top. It does not just pop off! The thing needs to be unscrewed! Because of your advice I have damaged the button on the top. Can you send me two bottoms to replace the now damaged ones?

Can this faucet work without the sprayer connected?
Thank you for your question, Raymond! The sprayer port can be capped. Please refer to the parts diagram below and check to see which code your faucet has on the back of the base. It will be either 413763 or 413763-A. Models with the :-A" can use part number RP60295 to cap off the sprayer outlet. If your faucet has the 413763 code, you can use a threaded cap that works with 1/4"-18 NPSM. Such a cap can be purchased locally at a plumbing or hardware store, or online.
