Unfortunately, this is not currently sold through our website. You can purchase Delta Faucet products from many local dealers and internet sites. Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! I have provided flushing instructions below to remove any excess debris or buildup that is blocking water. Please shut water supplies off before starting this process. You will need a 1/8” Allen wrench if you have lever handles, a Philips screwdriver if you have knob handles, needle nose pliers, a quarter, a towel, and a bucket. 1. We will flush the diverter first; remove the spout, unthread the spout bonnet counterclockwise, and pull straight up to remove it. Inside you will see a black plastic piece that is the diverter. 2. Place your quarter in the slots on the diverter and take your needle nose pliers to twist it out counterclockwise. 3. Place the bucket behind the spout and around ONE of the handles. Turn both water supplies on. Please flush this out for about 30 seconds to a minute. To flush the valves: 4. Remove your handle with the 1/8" Allen wrench if you have a lever or remove the top cap to reveal the Philips screw if you have a knob handle. 5. Pull the handle off of the stem unit. 6. Remove the bonnet nut with your wrench. 7. Before removing the rest of the parts, verify the orientation of the stem. Lift straight up to pull the stem units out. 8. If you look into the valve, you should see a seat and spring. Pull these pieces out before we flush. 9. Place a towel around the back of your entire faucet, and place the bucket on top of the towel to catch excess water. 10. Have someone turn the cold water supply on for about 30 seconds to a minute. After this, shut the cold water off and move the bucket and towel to the hot side, flush that out as well. We appreciate your inquiry. Please reach out directly if you have further questions! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We will be happy to assist you in resolving this issue as quickly as possible. It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue. Please follow the following instructions to perform the flush. Please shut water supplies off before starting this process. You will need a 1/8” Allen wrench, a towel, and a bucket. Please remove your handle with the 1/8" Allen wrench, then pull the handle off of the stem unit. You will now see a bonnet nut, please remove it with your wrench. Please take note of how your stem units are installed in the valve. Please lift straight up to pull the stem units out and If you look into the valve, you should see a seat and spring. Please pull these pieces out before we flush. Next place the towel behind the back of the faucet then put the bucket over the top of the towel. Have someone turn the cold water supply on for about 30 seconds to a minute. After this, shut the cold water off and move the bucket and towel to the hot side flush that out as well. Lastly, remove the aerator and soak with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for about 15 minutes, and make sure to rinse the aerator off with water when completed.
