Nice design.
Only reason I bought this is that they're nice design and it came with the spray. I'm excited!
When I installed it, the hot water ended up stop running due to some debris are stuck inside. I had to wait for 2 weeks to get the replacement parts. I had to hire the plumber to fix it, the plumber struggled to reattach the handler for 45 min. The replacement part don't seem to be fit quite easy. The water pressure is tad bit low but running fine now.
It's kinda disappointing to run into this situation that cost me almost $100 to hire the plumber and suffered without hot water I needed to wash the dishes. :/
Delta Faucet customer service is not fabulous that I had hoped for.
At least, the hot water is running just fine and the overall of this product looks nice. I was worried that this would be a defective product since the plumber couldn't flush it completely and couldn't reattach it nicely.
This is okay product.

Sprayer mount is made of thin plastic
Installed this in my kitchen, Feb. 2011 (paid $132.50). It had worked well and still looked good until early April 2018 when the sprayer mounting sleeve broke. Only my wife and I live here and the sprayer gets little use. There wasn't any excessive strain or abuse placed on this part. I don't see a way to glue it. Now I must decide whether to replace the sprayer with a better quality product, hoping to find something that will look OK with the faucet, or to purchase the $40.00 replacement sprayer that presumably has the same plastic sleeve mount.

easy installation
I purchased the faucet 21996LF in Apr 2012. The only issue is the spray head leaks since it is made of plastic. No luck replacing the o-rings since the issue is the water wears out the plastic part at the spray head

Leaky sprayer
Within a few months the sprayer attachment began to leak and it had to be replaced. Wouldn’t recommend. You get what you pay for, but changing it out is no fun.

Hot water pressure finally
Did some research to replace 2 year old faucet. Steady dip. The Delta was easy to install. I'm 67. I have the same pressure on the hot as the cold. Never had that before. This one has a warranty the old on didn't. Would recommend this to anyone.

The propritary parts remind me of Apple.
Deltas reliance on non-standard fittings preclude the use of non-Delta sprayers and aerators. Bummer. I liked the aftermarket heavy duty sprayer and aimable Aerator I had on my old faucet. Now I will have to discard them.

Baught because of the Delta name, big mistake!
Hate this faucet! Thought I would spend the extra money to get a Delta, and I have never been more disappointed with any faucet i have ever purchased. After only 6 months, it started to bounce when you turn it on. Removed the aerator, and problem went away. Checked aerator to see if it was plugged, and nothing wrong with it. Put back on, faucet started bouncing again. Took off and left off. Water randomly pours out of spout after turned off. Sprayer started leaking at the hose after a year. Now at around the 3 year mark, water comes out of spout and sprayer at about half flow! Never had this many problems with faucets at a fraction of the cost!!

Exactly as pictured

Spout got hole and water sprayed
This faucet is only 21/2 years old. Last week had water spraying out from tiny holes from spout. Up til this time was very pleases with how it worked and looked.had to replace it. Didn't buy another delta . Was afraid it would occur again.
Between buying another faucet and the plumber installing it cost almost three hundred dollars.i didn't expect to have to replace it so soon.

Sprayer and Hose are Not Great
Overall, the faucet performs well. However, the sprayer and hose are disappointing. The sprayer has started sticking to an on position.
The sprayer hose has sprung a leak. Now I am trying to figure out which replacement part(s) I need.
To Delta Customer Service: Please tell me which replacement hose/sprayer is correct for this model.

Really like that I can run just hot water without mixing cold.
Can't really give a good review on this because I have not installed it yet still waiting on my new sink to arrive I like the fact that I can choose either hot water or cold water. The Fossett I am using now is a single handle and I feel at times when I want hot water that it might be mixing cold water with it.

It was pretty easy to install.
It was a little hard to get the old faucet out because of some corrosion. The new one was pretty easy to install. I'm 61 so it was a little difficult to crawl under the sick to tighten everything down. I did the installation by myself. One thing I noticed is that when you turn the faucet on very quickly after it has not been used for a while it makes a "Thunk" sound. I think this is called water hammer. Just remember to turn it on slowly. Overall I am very satisfied with the faucet. It looks very nice in my kitchen.

Excellent faucet set.
Purchased this to replace a leaking faucet made in who knows where, i seriously doubt there were any replacement parts available for it. My wife wanted a faucet set with a higher faucet outlet so as to fill tall containers. The Windmere fit the bill perfectly, it looks great and performs very well!!! A friend of ours recommended Delta to us, great choice!!

Great Medal Faucet
This is my second Delta Faucet both are very good. I love the look and style. I am able to fill large pots and enjoy the sprayer. It worked perfectly. The only concern I have is the handles are tall and have a long slide handle which seems a little weak when the handles are turned on and off at the end of the long curved handle.
I love it and I sure hope it works for years and I hope to never need to use the lifetime warranty.

Great looking faucet
I purchased this faucet 4 years ago and recently it started leaking from the center of the faucet. I called customer service and was initially sent a repair kit, free of charge. I installed the repair kit and it did not resolve the issue. I called back and was then sent a full replacement faucet, free of charge. The customer service from Delta was outstanding and I am now a Delta customer for life.

Can this be installed without the sprayer?

Thank you for your question. You may cap off the hose connection under the faucet if you do not wish to use the sprayer. Depending on the code on the back of the faucet, you will either need a 1/2" threaded cap (413763) or the RP60295 (413763-A),

The aerator for this faucet broke. If I use the standard aerator from home depot I can't put the bronze end back on. Please advise what kind of aerator I can use with this

Is there a cap off for sink spray if don't want the sprayer?

Thank you for your question. You can cap off the valve end so that you don't have to use the sprayer for this faucet. To know what cap to use for your faucet, you will want to look at the back of the faucet for the supplier code. If your supplier code says 413763-A and has a square end, you will need cap part number RP60295. If your supplier code says 413763 (without an 'A'), you will need cap part number RP40301. How do I replace the seats and seals on this faucet? Does the cap come off of the handles? And how?
Big news for your advice regarding removal of the button on top. It does not just pop off! The thing needs to be unscrewed! Because of your advice I have damaged the button on the top. Can you send me two bottoms to replace the now damaged ones?

Can this faucet work without the sprayer connected?
Thank you for your question, Raymond! The sprayer port can be capped. Please refer to the parts diagram below and check to see which code your faucet has on the back of the base. It will be either 413763 or 413763-A. Models with the :-A" can use part number RP60295 to cap off the sprayer outlet. If your faucet has the 413763 code, you can use a threaded cap that works with 1/4"-18 NPSM. Such a cap can be purchased locally at a plumbing or hardware store, or online.
