Yes, the Delta Faucet Two Handle Kitchen Faucet, model 21996LF-OB, can function properly without the side sprayer. The faucet will need a spray cap. The Delta Faucet model 21996LF-SS Windmere kitchen faucet and other two-handle kitchen faucet models would be installed with the holes for the handle valves 8" apart. I puchased this faucet and am curious, Does the side prayer shut off the main faucet while the sprayer is in use? Mine does not. I get water from the faucet and the sprayer at the same time.

This kitchen faucet was professionally installed to replace same style (squeaking and sprayer leaked). When I turn on either hot or cold lever firmly there is a thud or thump which can be felt in the mixer spout. It doesn't happen if lever turned slowly.

The top of my faucet feels loose from the base and water is leaking from the bottom of the faucet base. If this just a matter of tightening under the sink or is this defective. This was installed a couple of months ago.

I need the sprayer (handle only) for a Delta Windemere in oil rubbed bronze. My handle keeps on spraying when released. The handle screws on to the hose. My hose is OK.

Some of these models do not have a faucet code on the back of the escutcheon. If you do not see a number at the back of the escutcheon plate, the stem units you will need are RP54801. If you do see a number at the back of the escutcheon, verify if it has the "-A" or not. If it does, you need RP54801. What metal is used to construct the body of the Delta Foundations B2310 faucet? I know that for high quality faucets made by Delta and others, brass is used. But foundations is a lower cost model and the specifications do not list this information.
