Is the pull down sprayer portion metal or plastic?
i think the head itself is plastic, but the problem seems to be the metal universal joint at the end of the supply. the hose is cloth covered and ends with a metal brass ball and sleeve. the sleave screws onto the sprayer head. it is the metal brass ball and metal sleeve that is leaking.

I recently purchased 2384L-AR-PR-DST for install in a new kitchen. Can you verify if a template was to be provided to mark out the countertop for hole placement? I checked through the box and no template was provided.

I have a 2384L-AR-PR-DST two handle bridge faucet. With both handles turned on full in sprayer mode water leaks out the universal joint at end of flexible hose by the spray head. Can this be repaired?

what is the color difference in stainless and arctic stainless finishes? is one darker?

The arctic stainless finish has a more silver hue to it than the traditional stainless steel which is more similar to brushed nickel.
