one hole install model. Is this single hole faucet ?what model # for single hole counter mount

Please be clear about what "Recertified" means.  I can guess that it’s a returned faucet … ?  I’m looking at a Collins kitchen faucet.  What is different between the $300 faucet and the $123 recertified one?  Thanks.

Does the faucet come with the optional 10-1/4 inch deckplate included?
