Beautiful but problematic
I purchased two of these in Polished Brass over a year ago when I replaced my double kitchen sink. The strainers are beautiful, made of heavyweight brass. The push-down closure is a breeze, and they never close accidentally. The finish has held up beautifully. However--the struts on the flange (the parts that hold the basket in place) are made of thinner metal than the rest of the unit, and the struts on one of my units broke after less than a year of use. Delta replaced it free of charge about three months ago, and now THAT unit has failed in the same way. Looks like a manufacturing flaw with some units. My other one is fine, though.

Works well
Nothing too special here... it is a basket strainer for our sink. It does look good and matches our faucet perfectly. So I really like it, but again, it is just a sink drain, so I can't say too much about it.

Expected the best
This basket drain was as good quality as we expected. The installation was easy and clearly explained in the packaging. The finish was beautiful and made a great addition to our new stainless steel sink. We are pleased with the final result!

Just bought the Savile with Stainless Finish and was wondering what the best match in finish for the sink flange/strainer and disposal flange was and also will the sink and disposal flange fit in a Kohler Deerfield cast iron sink.

We purchased the Ashton Delta faucet in black stainless, and we would like to find a sink strainer set in black stainless to match. Do you have it?
Thank you for your inquiry, Cathy! The Delta Kitchen Sink Flange & Strainer 72010-SS is not manufactured in a Black Stainless finish. The Stainless Steel would be the closest finish color to a Black Stainless.

I bought the trinsic faucet in champagne bronze to go in my laundry room. I need a sink flange to fit a apron front kitchen sink to match...does the brilliant brushed bronze match or is there another option for me? I do not intend to have a disposal.

The Brilliance Brushed Bronze will be a slightly darker tone than the Champagne Bronze, so the difference in finishes may be noticeable.
Unfortunately, we do not carry a Kitchen Sink Flange and Strainer in the Champagne Bronze finish at this time, although we do plan to carry it in the future. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
I am not certain if this assembly will fit with your sink and drain, although we do carry a Kitchen Disposal and Flange Stopper in the Champagne Bronze finish, model 72030-CZ, if you are interested.

Which side of the rubber gasket faces up toward the sink when installed, the flat side or the ribbed side?

When will this sink Flange & Strainer be available in the champagne bronze? I just bought one of your faucets with this finish. Do you recommend another drain that would go with the champagne bronze? I need a 4 1/2” drain for a sink with no disposal.

This flange and strainer is currently available in big box stores and through online retailers. The next closest finish to the Champagne Bronze is the Brilliance Brushed Bronze finish, which is a slightly darker gold finish.
