I have installed the switch onto a 1.5” thick quartz countertop and cannot get the trim ring to sit flush. Is there a trick or do I have a faulty unit?

I bought a Leeland stainless steel faucet. There is not a plain stainless to match. Suggestions?

Our new Delta 72050-AR Disposal switch makes a double clicking sound every five minutes on 4 and 9. example, clicking 1:24 am then again at 1:29 am. and so on through the night and day.  Is something wrong or what exactly is it doing?

Arctic Stainless is a little bit more Blue on the spectrum of color. If you're trying to match a brushed nickel you will likely need to find a different manufacturer.

Can a Touch2O a/c power adapter be plugged into the second plug-in?

We recently renovated our kitchen and had one of these installed. Our button does not sit flush with the case around it. Our contractor says it’s normal because of our thick quartz. This doesn’t make sense to me as the button is completely inside the case

Just moved into new home with the 72050 switch already installed. Stopped working after 2 weeks (would not turn off without unplugging) probably due to water getting into switch. Tried to open switch box to dry out, but seemed to be glued shut. Advise?
