This sink is said to be very easy to clean - it is impossible to clean and stains so easily. It constantly looks dirty because of how badly it’s stained. We bought it in 2021 and it was stained within a couple months. I wish you could add photos. BUYER BEWARE

Poor material feels and looks like a utility sink
We really love the "work" portion of this sink. Its great to be able to put pots or clean dishes on the rubber drying matt. Also love the cutting board. my biggest complaint is that the material of the sink feels like plastic and cheapy. It feels like a sink that should be in a basement. Not shiny and pretty for a nice newly renovated kitchen. It also absorbs stains very easily as well. Super disappointed in this purchase.

Stains Very Easily
I bought the white sink and unfortunately it stains and shows scuffs extremely easily. If I rinse out a pot that had pasta sauce in it, the sink stains pink. Regular soap and water won't take it out. It is such a pain to keep clean constantly. As I was researching sinks, I read that this material is supposed to look high end but honestly it looks like a plastic sink to me. I really wish I would have bought a porcelain sink. They look nicer and are much easier to clean.

What are the dimensions of the template for this sink?
I need a white drain for a garbage disposal to go with this sink. Where can I get one?

However, you should be able to locate a universal white Garbage Disposal flange from another brand as the part is a fairly standard part. Is there an accessory board that has a colander? Also, is there a white flange that can be used when installing a garbage disposal instead of the stainless steel one that comes with the disposal?

From your description it sounds as though you merely have some deposits on the surface which can be removed easily.
You can see a few cleaning recommendations below.
HARD WATER SOLUTIONS & DEEP CLEANING
To prevent mineral deposits from forming on the sink
in areas with hard water, rinse the inside of the sink
and wipe it with a microfiber cleaning cloth after every
use. To deep-clean tough stains, products to consider
include: Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, Supreme Surface Scum
& Mineral Deposit Remover. Make sure to follow the
cleaning instructions provided by the product’s manufacturer.

Is the wood-textured cutting board reversible, to be able to cut on both sides, or does the reverse side look good enough to display?

My installer told me there had to be a 1/2" to 1/4" reveal because of the accessories. Is that correct? I wanted a true flush undermount.

This model sink does not require a positive reveal, however, some installers will opt out of doing a zero/flush reveal as it is the most difficult reveal cutout to achieve because it must match the sink rim perfectly.
As long as you do not cover the accessory ledge in the basin of the sink, you can have a perfectly functioning and beautiful sink installation.

Our white Everest sink was installed about 3 years ago, and there are two chips in the basin - what does the company recommend for repairing these?

Every model sink has unique cutout dimensions that are required, and this is due to the length, width, and corner radius. Because of this, each sink has a unique cutout that is not shared by other model sinks.
