Great features at this price
I love the touch feature. Great for when you have “chicken hands” and your cooking. We also got the voice activated upgrade. It’s nice to be able to not have to use a measuring cup when adding water. The only thing I don’t like is the angle the the faucet isn’t directly down and can cause splashes depending on your sink. I am a handy fellow and even-though I thought it was going to be complicated, it was pretty easy and only took about an hour tops.

Touch technology fir Delta kitchen faucet
I have had this faucet fir a couple of months and use it on a regular basis.
I highly recommend it.
It is well made and looks great. It takes a bit of getting use to the touch aspect but once you are - no problem. Of course you will miss the feature when you go to someone else’s home! I find myself trying to touch the faucets to get them to turn on!
I had this installed in my 40 foot 5th wheel where water consumption is always in my mind! With a 40 gallon holding tank it makes fir a great water saving experience!

Great faucet!!!
We bought this faucet for its great looks, but its function is what blew us away. The handle control works perfectly, but it's the touch control that really makes this faucet outstanding. I was skeptical at first, but now, after a couple of months, I am completely sold on the touch feature. I almost never use the handle!

Very nice looking
Very nice looking and works great. Gave it 4 stars because the toggle mechanism and spout head feel cheap/plastic. I have purchased other Deltas like this and can tell there is a difference. Time will tell if this holds up.

Very unhappy with faucet
Very disappointed with this Faucet. Has only been installed for about a month.
Thought it was to be finger resistent since it is a touch operating option.
Also the touch feature is not consistent when turning off and on. Everyone in our family is having same issues.
We had a Delta touch in our previous home and loved it.
Also there was no information how to try to adjust touch feature.
As of now it is very aggravating to spend this amount of money for something that does not meet the description of the product.

Great faucet, easy to use
This faucet is great and easy to use. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because it is hard to adjust the flow of the water. Also, make sure to keep 6 AA batteries on hand because when they run out the faucet does not work at all.

Battery pack
Does Delta make a plugin power source for this touch 20 faucets? The battery pack is less than user-friendly. Ours came apart when I had to replace the batteries and now the top won't lock-in. I have to use large rubber bands to keep the top and bottom together. If you don't make one, power source, you certainly should. It would be very helpful.

Delta On/Off Touch Activation, one star is kind review!
We have had our Delta faucet now for over a year and have been very disappointed in our purchase. The idea of the on/off touch activation seemed perfect for a busy family looking to find a premium service for our dish washing functionality. This faucet is NOT up to the quality and price paid.
The touch activation is extremely faulty. It often turns off in mid stream use without ANY closeness to a body or anything near the faucet touch area.
There is a lot of sensitivity to the light near the faucet neck and we are often trying to figure out what affects that, but when it is affected we cannot use the faucet at all.
We tried to find a way to use the faucet with out the on/off touch activation and we cannot do that, it defaults to being off, without power, and that is a very tough customer experience.

DISAPPOINTING
Bought the faucet and had it profressionally installed less than three months ago. All seemed well until one day when I was in the kitchen the faucet started on its own! Since then we have had problems getting it to turn on, turn off and even when we put it in the fully manual mode it does not always turn on. Its a great concept but when it doesn't work it is useless. Now I face the cost of not only a replacement but also professional installation.

Loved until a couple of weeks ago....
I had a plumber install my Delta faucet about a year ago. Loved the touch feature until it stopped working properly. When you touch to turn it off, it still has a small stream flowing....so now we must turn it off manually. Very frustrating. You would think a Delta faucet would last longer than a year.

The Essa faucet is fantastic! I enjoy the hands free touch part of faucet. I am used to touching the faucet, when I go to homes where they do not have the same faucet, it takes me awhile to turn on the faucet. I highly recommend the Delta Essa pull down faucet!!!!

this is the worst faucet ever. the touch works for a few months and then it starts to drip after awhile, and now not even a year we have had this installed, the water just runs very low, had to have a plumber out several times, and the only way it will work is to take out the touch box so it just works manually, now have to turn it off and on all the time. dont waste your money on this faucet. very unhappy customer.

Great except one serious dissapointment
I love the ease of use with this faucet. Looks great too! However, the water mix of hot with cold output at the hottest setting produces mildly hot water. I can't get HOT water. Am very concerned about how clean my dishes are going to be and may have to replace the faucet!

This is a beautiful faucet! Honestly, I love turning it off and on with my forearm, back of hand, etc. the water stream is great, sprayer is easy. Haven’t figured out the hot light... maybe we don’t have that. A great purchase.

We bought a Delta touch activated faucet for our condo a few years back and loved it! When we moved in to our home last year, we bought another one (different model) and we're definitely not in love this time around. Almost from the beginning, we lost water pressure, it started to sporadically drip and eventually it wouldn't even turn on manually. We'd have to let it "rest" a few minutes before we could get it to work again. Thankfully, we have a small, water filter faucet at our sink so at least we could get water when our faucet wasn't working. We called Delta and they diagnosed a solenoid problem and sent us a new one. (They originally sent us the wrong part and argued with me about what I received.) We finally got the right part, replaced the solenoid, thought all was well, we even had good pressure again. That was only a few months ago and now we're right back to where we started. It occasionally drips when it's off, we have terrible water pressure and we're starting to experience it not coming on all from time to time. Maybe we just got a lemon but Delta is going to have to replace this one for us and unfortunately we'll endure the cost of a plumber to install it again.

Great addition to our kitchen remodel!
We chose to splurge and get the on/off touch activation faucet. I had been using it for a couple of weeks and went to visit my daughter. I kept touching her faucet (that is not touch activated) when trying to turn the water on/off and realized just how much I like that feature in my kitchen. The faucet is very nice and I like it a lot!

Very good product and price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are pleased with the faucet. At first we were unsure about the touch activation. We learned that it works best with a direct touch on top of the faucet. The feature really comes in handy if you are preparing or handling eggs, uncooked chicken and foods that might cause cross contamination. I use my elbow or arm to activate the faucet. There has been no problem with water splashing outside the sink because of the angle of the faucet.

As mentioned in one review, the sprayer does not automatically shut when you turned the water off...How do you turn off the sprayer?

Is brushed nickel the same as artic stainless?
