Great Faucet... Touch Activation is awesome
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did a complete remodel of our kitchen and decided to update all our appliances and fixtures. Decided to go "high tech" with our faucet and went with Delta's Touch Activation faucet. Not sure how easy installation was (we had our contractor install it) but I was told it was very simple. Now that i've used it, I'm not sure I could ever go back to normal faucets again! I even find myself tapping the kitchen faucet at my son's apartment only to be disappointed that it doesn't work like mine. The faucet responds very well to any touch anywhere and we got used to that method of turning it on very quickly. In fact, we ordered the accompanying soap dispenser with touch activation. Overall, this faucet looks fantastic with our new sink, water pressure is great and we love using the spray head. The button to activate the spray feature is a little tricky, but really, that's just a small quibble with an otherwise fantastic faucet. Would definitely recommend!

Great Look! Great Function!

So far so good for the 6 months I've used it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had a single problem with the faucet except for a single time when it turned on during the night. I live in a high rise condo, so when it turned on, I heard it right away and turned it off. Not sure why this happened but it has not happened since. I bought the AC adapter and use this as the power source instead of the battery pack. Finish is excellent and installation was a breeze.

Happy with it

Sometimes it shuts off accidentally when I'm trying to make really small adjustments to get the perfect flow rate but that's just because it "thinks" I'm trying to turn it off. Certainly not a reason not to get it. Otherwise its perfect.

The faucet look great in the kitchen. The problen is the touch sensor which sometimes does not sense well. Its also hard to change the water flow as it shuts down and you have to touch it again.

This faucet is well built, beautiful, and perfectly functional. It is easy to install, with a special collar making only a screw driver necessary to mount the faucet in the counter opening hole. Electrically it works every time, and the manual action is very smooth and effortless.

Great for High Use
The Delta 9113T-AR-DST is a great quality faucet. As a family with two kids and two golden retrievers our kitchen sink gets a ton of use. This faucet is well made and has stood up to the high use in our kitchen. Installation takes literally 15 minutes from start to finish which even includes removal of existing faucet. The only negative aspect of installation would be that you have to continuously flip back and forth in the installation guide in order to follow your particular type of installation (i.e. under mount, top mount and installation of 10” escutcheon). Other than that installation is extremely simple and easy. The faucet itself is made superbly and functions exactly as denoted. An issue on our previous faucet was the pull down never went back into place. Not an issue on this faucet with the magnet assembly. The touch feature is awesome once you get used to using it. On top of being well made the 9113T-AR-DST it looks great in our kitchen.

Beefy Faucet!
We’ve been living with the new faucet for a little over a week now. I must say we are still in the learning phase. It takes some getting used to. It’s a beefy faucet. We replaced a much smaller German brand and this faucet is at least 3” taller and extends a few more inches into the sink. I feel like we went from a sleek import sports car to a solid American full sized luxury model. This in itself will take getting used to. The construction seems solid, and it boasts what they call “Diamond Seal Technology” to lengthen the faucet’s longevity. The install takes some thought, as the quick guide is universal for several models and is picture based and leaves some ambiguity, as some parts seem to vary by model. Using the touch feature is straight forward, lever on…touch feature will work. I find myself touching it, not looking to see if the lever is on and when no water comes out I realize the lever is in the off position. I’m getting some splash back as the water bounces off whatever I’m cleaning because the faucet is so high above the sink’s rim. The splash is also because the water flow is strong which is a good thing. However when I have to dry around the sink after use it seem I am often activating the water flow when I wipe around the faucet base (touching it is unavoidable). I’m getting used to adjusting the flow lower in the on position, so when touch activated I won’t get the splash back. The temperature indicator light is a neat feature, I can see really the value in a household with children as is the 4 minute auto water shut off. It is interesting that hot is lever forward, another thing for us to get used to since our last faucet was the opposite. Overall we’re still getting used to the faucet, and I find myself wanting to touch the bathroom faucets! The touch feature is cool, but we still find that the faucet requires frequent wipe downs, as wet hands leave water drip marks. All in all it’s growing on us as we get used to it…and I’m sure once we get used to the new functions we will have no complaints. It’s a great, prominent addition to our most stainless steel kitchen.

Easy to use
The function is great! You need to make sure that the counter balance weight under the sink cabinet is free from anything it could get stuck on. The pull down works well and the automatic on/off. I would recommend this faucet for both middle of the road fixtures and high end.

Love it!
The plumber had no problem installing this faucet and said it was good quality. I love the touch activation. Keeps the faucet cleaner! The magnetic docking keeps the faucet head back where it belongs after use also. I've had some hang down after a while. With the warranty of 5 years on electronic parts I have some peace of mind regarding the touch activation. I don't worry very much if it stops working!

Is brushed nickel the same as artic stainless?
