Great technology for the kitchen
We had a problem with water splashing on the caulking between the backsplash and counter every time we used the handle on the old faucet to turn the water on and off. This touch tap absolutely fixed the problem. In addition, it is very nice when cooking and have messy hands to not have to touch the handle. Easily turn water on or off with the back of your hand. Great product, definitely would reccomend.

I love this faucet!
I love this faucet so much I’ve bought it twice! We moved a year ago and the new house had a dated, leaky faucet. So I ordered the same one we’d put I the last house. That’s how much I loved it. It’s sleek and timeless. Installation was a breeze. The touch is so convenient and the sensor that indicates water temp is an additional feature that I never knew I needed. Get the plug so you don’t need to worry about the batteries.

Can’t speak to longevity yet, as I’ve had it just a few months, but I like it a lot. Got it to replace a similar looking unit, & it not only looks great, but the touch function is also a nice feature that always wows & prevents messes. Highly recommend.

Magnetic Docking system failed - cannot recommend
This faucet has been a game changer in our house. My 3 kids and my wife absolutely loved the touch to spray feature- up until the sprayer head no longer stayed in place. The magnetic docking system has failed and now the sprayer wand no longer stays parked against the faucet. It appears to have rusted out and looks absolutely terrible. What was once a conversation piece for my guests, is now something i try to hide.

Good faucet for small bar sink
It was a little more costly than i expected but everything is. Seems to be a good faucet but it's Delta - they're really good on customer service and sending free parts for repairing but there's a lot of repairing to be done. Whole house has Delta and some Kohler and all the Deltas have had problems over the years.

Cannot recommend, magnetic docking rusted out
I cannot recommend this faucet. It looks nice, but the magnetic docking feature has rusted out after only 1 year, and it is difficult to get the faucet head back inside the neck. Magnetic feature has dissipated. You can see the rusted part protruding out and little rust pieces everywhere. Delta should invest in better quality components and charge a tad more. What is the point of a kitchen faucet that lasts one year. I am hesitant to buy Delta products in the future.

I just had the "touch" feature removed and am thrilled for this faucet to be running manually. The touch feature is capricious to say the least. You can never be sure when it is going to turn on or off. It has a mind of its own! Changing the batteries every few months added to my negative attitude towards this product. My plumber said the touch feature is a gimmick. I couldn't agree more.

Solid Faucet
This is a solid faucet with a nice finish. It conserves water but does the job by having 2 spray settings and an well engineered nozzle. I got the touch solenoid and that is why I gave it 4 stars. I like it alot, but it can be touchy. Sometimes it won't turn on when I touch it. The idea is great, it just doesn't always execute as promised. If you get just the faucet you will not be disappointed. If you get the touch solenoid, prepare for a bit of an adventure.

The touch activation feature works great, but the counterweight/steel weight assembly is not enough to retract the pull down sprayer as it is not clipped onto the hose. I have a Moen faucet that was way cheaper but actually retracts well because the counterweight clips to the hose.

It will take a few days to become accustomed to tapping the faucet rather than pulling or pushing the handle, but overall we are very pleased. Installation was quick and everything went as hoped. We have no hesitation in recommending this Delta kitchen faucet.

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 9113T-DST-R. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help!
We recommend removing and cleaning the blue filter inside the top of the solenoid valve. Use needle nose pliers or tweezers to remove and replace the filter.
Secure the pull-down hose, remove the spray head, and clean any debris trapped in the connection. Flush the faucet by turning on the water with the spray head removed.
Clean the spray head by soaking in 50/50 white vinegar and water, then rinse.

Our faucet drips when it is open but in the "off" mode for touch (the light is not on). In order to make it stop, the manual lever must be closed, so I am assuming there is a washer or something at the lever point that needs replaced?
