This faucet sucks!
The touch works but also stops the water without touching it. Tried the setting that should turn off the touch capability but it doesn’t work.
I would never buy one of these again.

Not perfect, but great anyway
This faucet is described this way: "simply place your hand near the faucet, tap the faucet surface, or use standard handle activation." The part about placing your hand near the faucet is not reliable, but the tap feature is great and overall we like this faucet a lot.

Attractive faucet but with some concerns
Bought this faucet to go with our new Blanco Diamond White sink. Attractive faucet with excellent spout reach. Functionally it works very well but I am surprised the water volume is not a bit more robust. Also, I am surprised that to make the hose connection between the supply and faucet requires an extra (supplied) retainer clip rather than having secure connections at the onset. I've never seen this before and in reviews I have read elsewhere, say the retainer clip can pop off on its own which is very concerning. I hope that does not happen. Finally, the installation instructions (and I have seen many in my lifetime) could have been way better.

A great triple-function faucet
The triple functionality of this faucet is perfect. I originally thought touchless would be my favorite setting, but find a tap function more useful. With touchless, the water tended to cycle on and off unintentionally, when my hands were busy in the sink. You can choose the setting and sensitivity for any setting, so that is very helpful. I love this faucet and highly recommend it.

Happy with this purchase.
So far so good. only been using it for a couple weeks now, but so far it's been great. Went from a two handle to a single handle and the operation of this Faucet is very easy to use. Seems very well made & looks great. A friend installed it for me, which he said was an easy installation.

We love the new touch/touchless faucet for our kitchen sink. It works great. I’m in the process of finding the Power supply to use for the unit instead of changing batteries. That looks like a great upgrade from our previous faucet in a different house.

The trigger on the spray head of my 9113-AR-DST faucet does not function properly. There is no clicking sound when trigger is depressed and it doesn't switch from spray to regular. Can I replace the trigger or spray head?

Our Delta Faucet Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet In Arctic Stainless MODEL#: 9113-AR-DST wand assembly can be replaced, it is part number RP80524. We do recommend soaking the wand in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water, due to build up or debris, it can cause the button to stick or not switch settings easily.

With this faucet, is the handle down to use hot water and up to use cold? The little C on the dial shows when our handle is down but hot water comes out. When the H is showing, the handle is up and cold water runs. Is this the way it is supposed to be?
Is this the same as essa-BL-DST bronze and is there a soap dispenser that matches?

The spout swivels 360 degrees, so for a single-hole installation, the faucet hub can be turned to have the handle on the front. If the optional 3-hole escutcheon is used, unfortunately, the faucet hub would not fit on the escutcheon tabs with the handle in front.

Purchased the 9113-RB-DST Faucet Using the "single hole" installation. I feel it needs a "trim ring" that the sits on the sink counter and underneath the faucet itself. Is one available for this model? Needs the support and appearance is not the best.

The Delta 9113-RB-DST faucet does not include a trim ring for single hole installation. We recommend RP37490 thin deck aid to provide stiffness to thin gauge sinks if the faucet needs additional support.

How do you get faucet working after you’ve changed dead batteries?
Hi Big Daddy, thank you for your interest in the 9113-AR-DST!
Our Delta Faucet takes two types of batteries; we would like you to try energizer or name brand (non-Bulk) battery replacements. Another option would be C cell batteries; this can be done by removing the internal battery holder.
Another step would be removing the battery box from the battery wire, waiting a full minute, inserting brand-new batteries into the battery box, and then reconnecting the battery box to the battery box wire. Allowing the full minute without the battery box connected will allow time for any remaining electricity in the solenoid to drain, resetting it.

ESSA MODEL 9113-AR-DST. Is the EXTERIOR of the pull-down spout METAL or PLASTIC? None of my local stores have it on display. Just spoke to Delta Customer Service, who told me it is metal, but I am reading online that it is "non-metallic". Please clarify.

I purchased this faucet a year ago and now the water does not come out with pressure. It worked fine for a little over a year. I removed the part and cleaned it out and put it back. It still doesn’t work. Can I possibly get a new sprayer part

It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue with the ESSA® Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet MODEL#: 9113-DST. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and repeat with the second line. If this does not help, please let us know.

My newly built home has the 9113-AR-DST faucet. There is an exposed 'hole' where the set screw is installed. Is there supposed to be a 'Delta Emblem" in there. The Deltas I had in my previous home had the Red/Blue Delta Emblem.
