The touch works but also stops the water without touching it. Tried the setting that should turn off the touch capability but it doesn’t work.

Not perfect, but great anyway
This faucet is described this way: "simply place your hand near the faucet, tap the faucet surface, or use standard handle activation." The part about placing your hand near the faucet is not reliable, but the tap feature is great and overall we like this faucet a lot.

Attractive faucet but with some concerns
Bought this faucet to go with our new Blanco Diamond White sink. Attractive faucet with excellent spout reach. Functionally it works very well but I am surprised the water volume is not a bit more robust. Also, I am surprised that to make the hose connection between the supply and faucet requires an extra (supplied) retainer clip rather than having secure connections at the onset. I've never seen this before and in reviews I have read elsewhere, say the retainer clip can pop off on its own which is very concerning. I hope that does not happen. Finally, the installation instructions (and I have seen many in my lifetime) could have been way better.

A great triple-function faucet
The triple functionality of this faucet is perfect. I originally thought touchless would be my favorite setting, but find a tap function more useful. With touchless, the water tended to cycle on and off unintentionally, when my hands were busy in the sink. You can choose the setting and sensitivity for any setting, so that is very helpful. I love this faucet and highly recommend it.

Happy with this purchase.
So far so good. only been using it for a couple weeks now, but so far it's been great. Went from a two handle to a single handle and the operation of this Faucet is very easy to use. Seems very well made & looks great. A friend installed it for me, which he said was an easy installation.

We love the new touch/touchless faucet for our kitchen sink. It works great. I’m in the process of finding the Power supply to use for the unit instead of changing batteries. That looks like a great upgrade from our previous faucet in a different house.

I just had my Delta 9113-DST Essa installed and the flow rate for the hot water is much less than for the cold. Is that the way it was designed?

When water heaters are replaced or when the water is shut off debris can flow through quickly when water is turned back on. With the issue that you are experiencing, the faucet will need to be flushed. Please refer to the information below to flush your faucet. Please also keep a close eye on the flow coming out of each point you flush and if it is low please reply to this e-mail.
Please gather towels, a 5 GAL bucket, or a large bowl.
1. Unscrew the wand from the hose and check the inside of the wand for debris. With the wand removed, point the hose into the drain and turn the faucet on for 1 minute to flush the hose. *Please do not release the hose with the wand removed or it may retract into the faucet.*
2. Turn the handle to the off position, gather towels and place the bucket or large bowl under the sink, disconnect the hose assembly from the gray PEX tube.
3. Turn the water on and flush the PEX tube for 1 minute, turn the water off, and re-connect the hose.
4. Turn the water on and check for leaks.
If you are still experiencing a low flow, the inlet tubing may need to be flushed.
1. Please shut off both hot AND cold water supplies.
2. Remove the COLD water line and point the line into the bucket.
3. Turn the HOT water on and allow the water to flow into the bucket for about a minute.
4. Turn the HOT water back off and install the cold water line correctly.
5. Remove the HOT water line and point the line into the bucket.
6. Turn the COLD water on and allow the water to flow into the bucket for about a minute.
7. Turn the COLD water back off and install the hot water line correctly.

The spray seems adequate to remove rust from a car bumper. Is there any way to back it down, its getting us wet? The handle is too sensitive to use to do so regularly. CAN I BUY THE OTHER MODEL HEAD THAT IS 3 SPRAY PATTERNS AND SWAP THEM?

Are all the components of this faucet metal? Our past faucets have *looked* metal online, but end up to be plastic made to have a metal finish. So, I would like to know if both the body/spout/neck portion AND the sprayer head are actual metal. Thank you!

Not all parts of the faucet are metal. Nonmetallic parts are used to ensure a long-lasting, high-quality product. The pull-down spray wand is made of plastic or a plastic mixture. Metal is heavier, susceptible to corrosion, and retains heat.

Is there only one model of this unit? I understand that there can be a slightly different version made for the big box store which generally contain more plastic fittings rather than brass. I am seeing a large variance in price between big box and others

For the 9113-AR-DST faucet, which lever position is for hot water, toward me or away from me (towards the wall)?

Thank you for your question. Pulling the Delta 9113-DST Faucet handle out and away from the faucet is the cold position. Pulling the handle forward is the hot position. Closing the handle back to the top, closest to the body of the faucet is the off position.

How do I request a replacement part of the gasket?

Our Delta Faucet takes two types of batteries; we would like you to try energizer or name brand (non-Bulk) battery replacements. Another option would be C cell batteries; this can be done by removing the internal battery holder.
Another step would be removing the battery box from the battery wire, waiting a full minute, inserting brand-new batteries into the battery box, and then reconnecting the battery box to the battery box wire. Allowing the full minute without the battery box connected will allow time for any remaining electricity in the solenoid to drain, resetting it.
Please make sure all parts are 2 inches isolated.

Does Delta #9913 and #9113 use the same escutcheon plate? Purchased 9913, optional plate says it is 10.25 inches. However my old faucet plate measured 10.5" so the lime deposits won't be covered. Can I use plate for 9913 which says 10.5".

I purchased the 9113-BL-DST today and found that the soap dispenser and its kit were missing. I know the box wasn't tampered with at the supply house because the Delta tape was still on the sides. Is there any way I could have them sent to me for free?

My non-electronic Essa drips from the Sprayer. The drip is at the back of the sprayer. It only drips when the water is running. Not critical but very annoying. What part do I need to replace?

How do you remove the sprayer asembly to clean?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 9113-DST.
Secure the hose and push the round button on the hose connection to unscrew the spray head. Hold down the small button on the tab on the hose fitting for about a quarter of a turn. From that point, the tab is no longer engaged in the wand and can be removed without depressing the button.
