Not perfect, but great anyway
This faucet is described this way: "simply place your hand near the faucet, tap the faucet surface, or use standard handle activation." The part about placing your hand near the faucet is not reliable, but the tap feature is great and overall we like this faucet a lot.

Attractive faucet but with some concerns
Bought this faucet to go with our new Blanco Diamond White sink. Attractive faucet with excellent spout reach. Functionally it works very well but I am surprised the water volume is not a bit more robust. Also, I am surprised that to make the hose connection between the supply and faucet requires an extra (supplied) retainer clip rather than having secure connections at the onset. I've never seen this before and in reviews I have read elsewhere, say the retainer clip can pop off on its own which is very concerning. I hope that does not happen. Finally, the installation instructions (and I have seen many in my lifetime) could have been way better.

A great triple-function faucet
The triple functionality of this faucet is perfect. I originally thought touchless would be my favorite setting, but find a tap function more useful. With touchless, the water tended to cycle on and off unintentionally, when my hands were busy in the sink. You can choose the setting and sensitivity for any setting, so that is very helpful. I love this faucet and highly recommend it.

Happy with this purchase.
So far so good. only been using it for a couple weeks now, but so far it's been great. Went from a two handle to a single handle and the operation of this Faucet is very easy to use. Seems very well made & looks great. A friend installed it for me, which he said was an easy installation.

We love the new touch/touchless faucet for our kitchen sink. It works great. I’m in the process of finding the Power supply to use for the unit instead of changing batteries. That looks like a great upgrade from our previous faucet in a different house.

We have a Model 9113-BL-DST. Is there a way to make the faucet head spray mode wider and not so concentrated. If this can be done it may require a different head or head component, if so, I'd like to know if this is even an option.

Should the hot and cold water run at the same flow rate from this faucet?
Despite removing screw with allen wrench, the handle will not come off to access cartridge assembly. Seems to be frozen on. Besides brute force, risking breaking the part, how can I get this off, please?

Our Delta Faucet Essa® Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet In Chrome MODEL#: 9113-DST handle may be stuck on by build-up or mineral deposits, we would recommend soaking a rag in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water. After the rag has been soaked then wrap the rag around the handle and let soak for 15-20 minutes, This should loosen up the handle for removal.

My Kitchen Faucet has broken off fromt he base and is now wobbling on the counter. My house was built 3 years ago and builder had installed this faucet. How can I fix this?
In need of a new cartridge for this delta faucet (Model # 9113-BL-DST) purchased at Home Depot. The only numbers I can find on the current cartridge are: F0292405814. Any assistance appreciated.
I purchased this faucet in 2017 and has been working great. It recently started a slow drip from the tap when shut off. I am wondering if I should replace the valves and if Delta can help with the replacement parts. Model 9113-AR-DST

Can this faucet be adapted so it is touch enabled?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 9113-AR-DST.
This faucet is not designed to use Touch2O. There’s an increased likelihood of inconsistent operation and ghost activation because the faucet is missing a critical isolation component – the plastic indicator base. Additionally, missing the handle contact spring, a non-Touch faucet would not operate as expected when grabbing the handle. Lastly, the absence of check valves on a standard faucet may cause crossflow when a Touch module is controlling the on/off.
A similar model 9113T-AR-DST is recommended.

Testing our finishes for outdoor weather ability is currently not in our performance specifications.
The polished chrome finish has the best chance of withstanding the outdoor elements, followed by the PVD finishes. Our organic finishes like Venetian Bronze and Matte Black may not hold up well to outdoor exposure. Components must also be protected against damage from freezing water.
Our warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by outdoor installations.

Our Delta Faucet Essa® Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet In Venetian Bronze MODEL#: 9113-RB-DST can be flipped since the spout has a 360-degree swivel. However, we do not recommend this as the handle will still operate the same, Tilt-out from on and cold then rotate back towards the backsplash for hot which may not provide enough clearance.

The pull-down sprayer is not designed to be taken apart. We recommend soaking the sprayer in 50/50 white vinegar and water as needed to help remove mineral deposits. If the issue remains, the sprayer may need to be replaced.

Can you provide information on how the black finish is applied to the Essa? I'm wondering how prone to scratches it will be. And is the entire wand made of non-metal material?

The Delta 9113-DST finish is applied by dipping the product in it after the faucet has been manufactured and the finish has been properly formulated. The Delta RP80524 included with the faucet is non-metallic. Quality is very important to us and our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure high-quality performance. Non-metallic products are beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode and help prevent heat transfer. We also have a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all parts and finish.
