Delta Kitchen faucet with sprayer
I love my new stainless delta trinsic kitchen faucet. It’s got a good flow and the sprayer comes out and retracts easily, unlike the cheap kitchen faucet I had before. And it matches my delta beverage faucet which makes the kitchen look so put together.

Great Customer Service and Product
We bought this faucet because of the touch technology and the clean look. After quite a few years we noticed the spray handle not clipping back on as well. I went to the Delta website to find parts and after asking a question on the site was quickly greeted by their customer service rep named Kelley. Kelley asked a few questions and found my faucet was under warranty. I was sent the replacement parts and was able to repair the faucet with no problem. I can’t remember the last time I received such good customer service. I wanted to write this review because I wanted to let others know how well I was treated by this company. Thank you Kelley and thank you Delta for backing your faucet!

Terrible Warranty
Lifetime warranty on faucets does not include the solenoid on touch faucets. These faucets are expensive!! The solenoid on my faucet went out right before the 5 year warranty was up. Delta sent me a new solenoid that lasted less than a year. The new solenoid apparently is not covered under any warranty so i have to buy it now, which i should not have to do given it was a lemon. And there is no warranty on the new solenoid so i could literally need to keep buying these faulty parts every year because there is no longer a warranty. Horrible customer service on Delta's part. Had this part lasted at least a few years, i would be fine paying for another one, but there needs to be some kind of warranty on replacement parts or i could be throwing money out the window. Find a manufacturer who can warranty replacement parts; otherwise, there is very little incentive for the manufacturer to buy quality parts.

Great sleek faucet
Faucet is so pretty and simple. The pull down feature is just sleek and slim. My one and only comment is that it seems backwards that the hot water is hot when the handle is turned down (towards you). I have the same prep sink version of this faucet and the temperature control is backwards.

The best faucet I ever owned!
We built a new home in 2015 and used all Delta fixtures because the style fit perfectly with the sleek modern design. The faucets in the kitchen have touch technology are so convenient to use, I will never go back to a standard design. The quality and finish is excellent, I recommend them to all of my friends.

I have a problem
I've had this faucet for 1/1/2 years now...and still cannot get the water to be hot enough to do dishes. It's NOT a problem with the plumbing in my home...because my old faucet (Grohe) mixed the water perfectly and the handle position made water whatever temperature I wanted. This faucet only allows the water to get luke warm.....despite being as far left as it will go. I've had many suggestions as to what to do to fix it....but so far no LUCK! I'm NOT a fan and will switch back to a different brand as soon as I can get a plumber out here again.

Magnet retainer and the spray control
We bought this on 11/4 and had it installed by a pro. It look really great except for a problem with the magnet retainer. I called DELTA and they are sending a retainer kit which will solve the problem. They were pleasant, responsive and knowledgable to deal with.

I had my new Delta Trinsic faucet installed nearly a month ago and I'm very happy with it.
The only complaint I have is that it doesn't reach as far into my large porcelain sink as my previous faucet did.
A minor complaint, admittedly.

Nice Faucet but it is leaking from the supply line
The faucet was working fine for a couple of years and then I notice water in the bottom of the cabinet
Looks like it is dripping from where the supply lines enter into the facet body
What is the fix for this leaking problem

Someone responded that the sprayer is plastic. Are they saying that the pull out section (like the last 2 inches on the faucet) is plastic or do they mean the inside assembly of the sprayer is plastic. Also, is the water aerated?

For the 9159-DST & 9959-DST, is there a nozzle option that doesn't have a pullout hose or a nozzle head option without the sprayer and only aerator. Are there other solutions, not listed, to achieve this?

Is there a particular cleaning product I should use so as not to damage the finish? I have the brass/champagne bronze finish.

Thank you for your inquiry! A comprehensive list of cleaners is impossible to recommend because of the variety of materials that are a part of our many models of faucets. What may be fine for a spout may damage a handle.
To clean, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth and blot dry with a soft towel. Stubborn hard water spots are best avoided by this daily regime. If extra measure is needed, a solution of 50% white vinegar (never Apple vinegar) could be used by wiping, spraying or soaking.
Caution: Vinegar can permanently damage porous rock surfaces such as granite or limestone countertops. Use extreme care if such a surface is in the vicinity.
To soak a faucet or part still on a faucet:
1. Mix white vinegar and tap water to a half and half proportion.
2. Put a rag or towel in the solution to soak it up.
3. Wrap the rag or towel around the part.
4. Let sit for up to an hour or so.
5. Use the rag or a clean, soft toothbrush to scrub the remaining hard water buildup.
o Avoid harsh abrasives or polish
o Avoid bleach-based cleaners
o Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner.
o Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust, and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents.
o Because cleaning formulas can change without notice, Delta Faucet Company does not endorse any specific cleaner.

does this Trinsic faucet have an aerorator - that softens the stream when not on spray mode?

i purchased this model about 2 years ago. roughly 6 months ago the faucet started to make a pounding noise when the hot water is openned up then the hot water will shut off byitself.This is the only faucet in the house that does this.

Reduced flow or no flow is typically caused by debris. If only one side is affected, there is debris in the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, then fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Check flow from the faucet. If this does not help, please let us know.

I would like to purchase this faucet as a replacement for my current one. I currently have 3 holes drilled and will need to cover the two I don’t need with this faucet. Do you have hole.covers? Coordinating soap dispenser?
